We had such a wonderful experience with our guide "Ayung" truly one of the best we’ve ever had! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and fun, making the whole day enjoyable from start to finish. The tour was planned perfectly: we never had to queue or rush, and we got to see everything we wanted completely stress-free. He went above and beyond in every way — even brought along an umbrella for us in case it rained! He was super helpful, flexible, and patient, always giving us time to sightsee, take photos, and shop at our own pace without ever feeling rushed. The car was spotless, very comfortable, and made the journey smooth and relaxing. And his restaurant recommendation? Absolutely spot-on — one of the best meals of our entire trip!
