Bali's Iconic Gates of Heaven & Blue Lagoon Private Snorkel

The tour was absolutely brilliant. Our driver Adi was very friendly and showed us the sights as we drove to the snorkelling site. The snorkelling was excellent, with lots of beautiful fish. And the lunch was really good too! We would highly recommend this trip and hopefully you get Adi 🙏🏾

Everything was amazing, the snorkelling, the guides, locals, included meal and driver. We had Adi as our driver. He was so friendly and truly awesome, making our experience comfortable and memorable. Underwater phone case is also offered for just 100k (worth it) Will 100% recommend this to friends and family. We had so much fun and would definetly do it again.

Very good activity. We stayed in Ubud and they come pick us at our hotel. Our driver was nice and very open to our questions about the island. Thank to Mr. Adi The snorkeling was good, the water was clear, clean and have a nice blue color. Perfect to see the fish. We saw a lot. They are not scared by humans and can even be curious about us and come.

Jimbeam was a wonderful driver for us today, taking great care of our 6 year old (her first time snorkeling) with movies on the long drive and going the extra mile for myself and my husband too. The snorkeling excursion was excellent with tons of fish, coral and ocean life. We had an absolutely wonderful morning!

Very easy to organise. Great communication from our amazing driver Yoga. He is awesome, polite and very accommodating. Drives a cool car too. He is one of the best parts about our holiday. Thank you. Snorkelling was absolutely WONDERFUL. We saw every single fish from Finding Nemo. I got to experience running my hand (very lightly, gently) through Nemo's home (sea anemone) while clown fish stared at me like "get off my lawn". Apparently it is rare to see one sea turtle, however we were lucky enough to spot and swim with FOUR, how awesome. Plus we saw a Stingray and a Moray eel Lunch is provided at a cafe/restaurant and the service throughout is excellent. Would 10/10 do this again.

Good experience, especially for new players. Around 2 hour’s 2 points snorkeling, the 1st point is big and clean. Lots of colorful fish around . The most attractive thing is that you can image how big and amazing the ocean is .

I feel conflicted leaving a three-star review because the driver and the tour operators themselves are not the problem, but it’s the actual location that is a total disappointment. Blue Lagoon is completely overrun with trash. The water along the shore is disgusting to the point where you almost don’t want to dip your feet in. If you have never snorkeled before, I could see this being a decent first time experience. But if you’ve snorkeled in beautiful places before,m (i.e. Philippines, Guam, Thailabd), then this area is going to be a letdown. There weren’t even that many fish and they had to use bread to attract them . Of the two snorkeling locations, the first one in particular was sparse when it came to wildlife. The second location was much better, but really overrun with other tourist boats to the point where you always had to make sure you’re not getting too close to another for your own safety, and the water was extremely choppy. If you are not a good swimmer, it could be concerning. The actual snorkeling tour guides who operate the boat were friendly, but they barely speak English. The driver, named yoga, was super nice. I was surprised to see that I am the only one being picked up and I shared the boat with just two other people once I arrived. The lunch was pretty subpar and mediocre. Overall, it felt like a long drive for a bit of a rush when it came to actually snorkeling and kind of a letdown because of the disgusting waters. I would not recommend. However, maybe my expectations were too high in terms of the wildlife because I have snorkled in much much much better places than this for a fraction of the price. I do think that the tour operators and the driver tried the best they could, but if this area wants to sustain a tourism economy, they really need to work on cleaning up and conservation. The surrounding town was also a complete dump. I also imagine it can’t be good for the already sparse wildlife to be feeding bread all the time so that the tourists can get their dream GoPro shot.

Logistically an excellent excursion. Well planned, communicated, and executed with every aspect working in unison. From the our personal driver (Waynan) to the person who fits the dear to the person who takes the order for the food served after the trip. I would have loved to give this trip a 5 star rating. However, a few externalities prevents me for doing that. 2 big ones come to mind. Traffic - 2 hr drive each way and trash strewn at the 2nd dive spot. While neither of these are controllable by the service provider, it is important to know and takes away from the overall tour. From the perspective of snorkeling at a reef, the first spot was incredibly and very enjoyable. Overall a highly recommended tour provider and excellent service.

This was our first time in Bali, we were a 31 people group from Mexico, our tour guide was Made Midi Arsana (Made as we called him) and he was the best and greatest tour guide we could get! He always took the time to answer everyone's questions and to make a full and great explanation of the Balines culture, it was with no doubt a pleasant experience! Thank you for everything!
