We did the walking tour with Fernando; he was very kind and communicative. I would definitely do it again — 100% recommended

We were looking forward to taking this bus tour to get us around the city so we could see where things were. The bus didn't leave stop number 1 on time - we seemed to be waiting in the hope that there would be other passengers joining the journey. The sales person was quite rude and abrupt, especially when she was refusing to take our cash (without explaining that it was a card only transaction). The driver was pleasant enough when we boarded. There was a lot of traffic in the city on the day that we visited but the buses did wait at the stops for long periods of time. When we were up at the castle there were at least two buses waiting so the long waits at stops meant that there were times when there were gaps because one bus had caught up with another. Quite a few reviews on here are about the service at Malaga port. They are all valid. This was one of the places where we had another long wait. I felt for the passengers trying to board the bus. There was a long, long queue and the bus was already full. Tempers were getting frayed and the sales person on the ground was shrugging her shoulders as if to say 'what do you want me to do about it?'. I've seen some poor set-ups in my time but this was really something else. Surely this location should be another starting point rather than a stop off along the way. Very poor. I've given two stars as the bus took us to the places that we wanted to go. However, there needs to be effective management of this service otherwise people will start going over to the local bus in droves as they seem to be offering a much better service right now.

very nice to see Malaga it was a hour loop and left you off back at the bus station you could getoff whenever you wanted. we got the ticket that included bus, boat trip and museum's. it was expensive but worth it. the open roof on the bus was great.

When travelling alone I much prefer to use subways and trams and find my own way around a city especially for sightseeing however on this trip I was with older family members who were keen to book this tour. Having had a very bad experience with the same wider company in Rome last year I was sceptical however I was proved wrong on a number of levels. The buses are frequent and get right into the heart of the city as well as the outskirts including the very top of Malaga in order to see the stunning view. If you are unsure about your own ability to navigate the city then I would certainly recommend this tour in Malaga using this company as the tour itself was of a very good standard. The driver was literally the rudest I have ever encountered in many years, shouting and getting angry with tourists. As is always the case with these tours the headphones are the cheapest quality possible and the seats are rock hard with limited legroom however if travelling with family this is not a bad way to get around and I would do it again under the same circumstances despite the inflated price tag for what is in essence a cheap bus being driven around the city.

It was an ok experience, normal bus tour .. it’s short so you can do the trip a few times within 24 hours .

We have done the city sightseeing tours in many countries and have always found the staff really friendly and helpful and the audio clear and interesting. Not here! The only person who was mildly nice was the woman we bought the ticket from at the newsagents. But she didn't give us very clear info. When we arrived at stop 1, there were several agents there from the company. We were initially ignored and she refused to speak to us until she had scanned our tickets. She then gave us a lecture about why it wasn't her job to answer questions because she didn't get commission for our tickets, and we should have asked the person who sold them to us. She grudgingly answered a couple of questions, and highlighted 2 stops where the bus now doesn't stop. As the previous reviewer said, the buses are not regular. She wouldn't tell us a time ..just 'it will be here soon". When we tried to get on to the boat trip, we were brusquely sent to a scanning desk we didn't see and a member of staff came over and asked what was the problem?! I don't even get why. Overall, it was disappointing, the audio was hard to hear and they played terrible music in between very short audio descriptions. I still have no idea how to use the green line to the botanic gardens despite asking 3 times so we've given up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. use an uber and walk.

Can be picked up from the train station. Awesome drive up the mountain. Pamphlets info can be obsolete for a couple of items. Need a whole day if you book the second fare that includes some admissions to attractions. Bring a camera!

We purchased the 48 hour ticket, this enabled us a lot more time to visit some of the museums and also the boat tour which were included within the price. The red tour is the primary tour that allows you to visit a number of the main attractions in a short space of time, but we also used the green tour which took us out of the town centre, though we didn’t ’hop off’ on this route, but used it more as a way to see a different area of the town. I think that for the slightly higher price, purchasing the 48 hour ticket is a better option if time allows , as I think it would be more difficult to get the best value in just 24 hours.

We loved it! It was a bit hard to find a stop to get the bus but once we figured it out it was easy enough. Take the Red line you will see so much, then if you do the other lines but the Red I think was the best.
