Sri Lanka: 10-Day Transformative Luxury Island Journey

We recently spent 10 days in Sri Lanka on a tour organized by this agency, and overall it was a very positive experience. The car provided was comfortable and well-maintained, and our driver was friendly and helpful throughout the journey. That said, we feel that the planning and execution of the itinerary could have been handled with more care. On a couple of occasions, the driver made changes to the program without checking with us in advance, and one planned stop was skipped altogether because he had forgotten about it — even though we had reminded him. We also would have appreciated more time to properly enjoy some of the key sites. For instance, our visit to the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy felt very rushed, and in Trincomalee we paid quite a bit to visit an island where we stayed for only one hour, whereas we could have spent the whole previous day there — instead of visiting a beach with little to see or do. All in all, we enjoyed the trip and would recommend the agency for their good price, logistics and comfort, but suggest they pay closer attention to sticking to the agreed itinerary and optimizing the timing for key experiences.

We had the pleasure of traveling around Sri Lanka with our driver Mahinda, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We truly recommend this service to anyone who wants to enjoy Sri Lanka without worries! 👉 A small suggestion: before and the trip, it can be very helpful to clarify your main areas of interest (for example, if you’d like to attend a workshop or special activity) and, depending on how organized you’d like your holiday to be, prepare a rough daily schedule. This allows both the driver and the agency to better tailor the experience to your expectations.

We have been touring across the island for 10 days and we had the best times! Tour guide was super nice with all our requests all the time and also helpful with suggestions. We saw so many magical places and everything was very smooth thanks to drivers in Sri Lanka because without them we certainly would have troubles and lost a lot of time moving day by day all around. If you are visiting Sri Lanka you should really consider to get yourself a driver!!

Fantastic place and very kind people. We spent over a week in Sri Lanka, excluding flight days, departing from Negombo and then moving from the north to the south of the country. Our driver/guide, Anton, was extremely kind and helpful, a truly nice person who was able to advise us and direct us towards the right choices. The agency proved to be serious and reliable. Our experience was simply fantastic and perfect. The Agency started to follow us since the beginning, creating a wa group, with a lot of suggestions on places to visit and hotels. We defined together all the single steps of the journey. Agency's suggestions were precious and without them we would have made wrong choices. At our arrival at the Airport, we found our Guide Dee, who immediately helped us to buy the Sim card and change money. They are not secondary matters, as it's necessary to find the right low costs places. Then, our trip started. Dee was the perfect guide: he realized all our wishes, guiding us in discovering the beautiful Sri Lanka country, deep in the cultural and habits of the people. He was always on time, ready to help, with a nice smile and a good word for everyone. If I had to suggest a guide, I would for sure suggest him.
