Chania Segway Glide: Iconic Old Port & Venetian Alleys

This was a great tour and we just had so much fun! If you've never been on a segway before, don't worry, you're given instructions and practice before you start - it was easy to use and you'll have a really fun time! Very safe and would highly recommend - we loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our tour, and learning how to ride a Segway. I am 71 years old and found it easy to ride. It was really a lot of fun! The instruction before hand was excellent! Touring the old town & learning some of the history was fantastic too!

Really enjoyed the tour. Easy to locate in the main town. We had a little practice up the main pedestrian street beforehand, which was a little daunting and then set off. The headset was a bit crackly to hear, but it was interesting going through the small pretty streets, which we hadn’t seen on a previous visit. The group was small, just 7 of us, one of the other party had a bit of difficulty controlling her Segway, so swapped with the tour guides bike! We did this on our own from a cruise. Definitely excellent value and cheaper than the cruise’s trips!

First time ever to ride a Segway. They did a great job getting us to feel comfortable and in control. We were able to see a lot in a short amount of time and had a blast doing so.

We had a fantastic Segway tour in the beautiful city of Chania as a family of four, including our 10-year-old daughter. My partner was quite nervous at first, but our guide Betty was incredibly patient and kind, taking her time to help her feel comfortable and confident. The tour was a great way to explore parts of the city we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Despite Chania being quite busy with lots of people around, we went at a relaxed pace and felt totally safe throughout. Highly recommend!

This was my husband's first Segway tour and it got him absolutely hooked. Betty was a knowledgeable and friendly guide, adding information to the audio guide and making recommendations for further visits. Chania old town is beautiful and diverse, with lots of modern shops and restaurants on the main street but a lot of history to see with someone who knows where to look. The Segway tour is a great way to see it all. Special thanks to Betty for waiting for us to return to collect something we left behind!
