We had a wonderful experience. Don’t remember tour guides name but she was extremely knowledgeable and was born and raised in Lecce and shared some personal experiences which added to the niceness of the tour. Nice pace and beautiful things to see.

The guide was extremely professional and well-prepared. She showed us the monuments of Lecce with great grace and kindness. Her english was flawless - something we rarely encountered on other guided tours in Italy.

Overall a good tour. We would have like a little more about the culture intermixed with the historical facts. Guide had good English on topics she had scripted, but when asked a question her English seemed limited to hold a conversation about something not specific to the tour. Guide was very pleasant.

Our tour guide Francesca was awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city, the region and the country of Italy!! She spoke very passionately about the art history, and showed us every essential detail.

The trip to Lecce was a culmination due to the competent and dedicated guide Elvino Politi. Interpreting history facts in the cultural and geo-political context of the time made the trip exeptional.
