Illuminate Bergen: Unforgettable Night Segway Tour

Our guide made sure we knew how to operate the Segway before going out into the town. This tour is rain or shine, and it was raining when we started. We were offered ponchos. Despite the rainy weather (typical in Bergen), our guide took us to many historical locations and was informative. We had a memorable experience!

First off, Regina was an amazing teacher and guide. Her knowledge of history and events makes every stop so interesting. Regina and Oliver led us safely through the evening and truly made it fun. I would do this again in a minute.

It was our first time on segways and Tobias was a great teacher. He was a wonderful guide who led the tour at our pace. He was very accommodating and took us to many beautiful spots including a spectacular viewpoint from the top of Mount Floyen. This tour covers a lot of ground and gave us all the information we needed to know about Bergen. It was the highlight of our trip.

This was the highlight of our trip to Bergen! We had an AMAZING time! Tobias was a great guide that made us feel safe and comfortable on the segways and gave us a history lesson along the way! We had a safety demonstration and practice time (which was especially helpful because it was our first time using Segways) and then we were able to explore the city, including Fløyen. Tobias was kind and patient when we had (user-error) Segway issues, and we had the best time. I recommend this activity to all who visit Bergen! (For reference, we had 6 adults, no children)

We had a blast. My Wife and I, in our 50's, had never ridden Segway's before, found the instruction to do so more then adequate to comfortably ride safely and confidently. Short stops to hear some history of the sites we rode through were fun and interesting. Considerable antics within the group were tolerated well although our group was overall fairly orderly. Quickly rode up the steep, curvy roads and paths over 1000' or 300m in elevation to the Bergan and surrounding waterways lookout where the evening views were stunning. Guess I was not surprised the guide spoke not only English but German as well, likely has a few other languages up his sleeve. 5 Stars without a doubt. Great add to the Bergen experience.

It was a very great experience, we definitely would go again! It was so much fun and we can highly recommend it. Easy to learn and great guides!

It was raining pretty consistently when we left so I’m really glad I brought rain pants and a rain jacket. Tobias was our guide. He is knowledgeable and friendly, yet serious. He really wants you to be able to maneuver and manage the Segway so he’s a little tedious about the training, but it pays off since there’s cobblestones, dips, hills, etc. He took us to see a wonderful view and we would recommend to everyone!

Great tour around the entire city. Took us into neighborhoods and along streets inaccessible by bus and would have been a difficult walk. Best part was the ride up to the Floivanen Funicular where we had amazing views of the city below.

Great tour with Tobias of some history of Bergen. Got to explore some back streets and a fun ride to the top of the Floibanen. Great views!
