Unearth Naples' Hidden World: Galleria Borbonica Tour

Really good - I would recommend this 100%. Very atmospheric, opens up new areas of Neapolitan history beyond the ancient and the baroque. The walk was accessible, not at all claustrophobic with striking images throughout. Very good value for money. We had a superb English-speaking guide with great enthusiasm and knowledge - she brought the different aspects of history to life.

Very interesting visit to the underground. Our tour leader David was excellent. Amazing how this was created by man. A must do !

This was our third visit to Naples and I’d rate this the best tour we’ve ever done. Guide was fantastic and the caves are an astonishing monument to Naples’ resilience in World War Two. Don’t miss it.

Highly recommended tour packed with historical information about geology, history and culture. From cars to cradles, this tours has it all. You will not be disappointed.

Nice in depth tour of the underground tunnels used during WWII in Naples. I visited at a time when the English tour was not offered and therefore joined the tour in Italian. Although I did not always understand all parts of the tour, the information was still very interesting and nice to see how well things have been preserved. The tour I did includes some steep stairs, might be more difficult for people with mobility issues.

An interesting tour - note our entry/start point was different to our end/exit point so worth checking. Start point was fairly restricted so had to wait outside - no seating or facilities. A few steep narrow steps to start & then much easier as you go along. Our guide was very knowledgeable but her accent was fairly difficult to understand especially in some stops which were restricted in space. Was quite a large group so at times tge guide had started commentary before everyone was present. Narrow walkways or steps meant a quick walk was not always possible. Got to the end a little overtime so no real chance to explore the shop/museum. Must have been some local building work underwater as exit was through a public car park with limited signage. Very interesting history.

Easy booking/planning. Tour guide spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable. Recommend to book this tour- insightful and informative 1hr long tour.

For anyone trying to decide Galleria Borbonica ou Napoli Sotteranea, don't even think twice. This one is the one to do. I've done both and this one was 1000x better. Not only the underground is much more interesting, but the guide was VERY knowledgeable, you could see she liked what she was doing and explained everything perfectly. Very interesting tour, very well worth the money. 5*

We had previously been to the other caves where the whole tour was awful with a dreadful guide. This tour and guide restored our faith. It was not only excellent value for money but our guide Adelaide was superb. Incredible English, knowledge and clearly highly interested in the tunnels and their history. If you only have time to do one tunnel tour then please make it Galleria Borbinica

A truly fasinating tour and Martina was an excellent guide. A great addition to our itinerary and I would have been tempted to do the other tours as well had they been available at a time we could make it! Restoring the tunnels is a terrific enterprise. Bravo
