Antwerp's Hidden History: Legends & Lore Walking Tour

Luc’s pride and rich heritage with Antwerp made our tour a pleasure. Our group was composed of first time visitors from across the globe. Luc kept us engaged and informed and his energy and enthusiasm made our tour most memorable.

We had a great tour with Luc! He was nice and told us A LOT about 'A' and all the nice things we could see (and taste) in Antwerp. We came as a family (with kids) and we managed to enjoy it pretty much. I became the Ambassador of our tour after answering many of Luc's questions during the tour. Super recommend it!

We had the most wonderful time with BEREN from Legends Tours! He is funny, witty, and full of knowledge. He brought history alive as we relived a walk in the past with him. It was a lovely afternoon. Don't forget to walk to the Antwerp train station and visit the Diamond Museum. They are amazing! Wear comfortable walking shoes as there is a lot of walking. Thank you Beren!

The guides are volunteers which often means they love the topic and area they are exploring. Ours certainly did and we had an entertaining and varied tour. Because of connections our guide had at various stops, we were able to experience/see some aspects of things not always open to the public.

An absolutely marvellous street tour with Luke D.! He’s full of energy, incredibly personable, and clearly passionate about the city. His knowledge of local history, hidden spots, and culture was truly impressive. Luke also shared that he’s a new and proud grandfather, a lovely personal touch that made the experience even warmer. The tour covered a great mix of sights, and his food recommendations were spot on, every eatery we tried was fantastic. Luc D was a well informed, witty and interesting tour guide who shared plenty of insights into old town Antwerp and was able to fully answer any question asked with extensive information. He showed off plenty of hidden gems within the city as well as recommending great places for food and entertainment, many of which my grandparents and I went to afterward, much to our satisfaction. The tour itself was incredible and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Antwerp
