We were expecting a live tour guide instead it was a recording. A lot of people standing around. Could not hear or keep up.

Great up close views of the two big icons, Golden Gate Bridge & Alcatraz. Plus you get to see the Sea Lions up close by the harbour. Only shame is the recorded commentary is a bit hard to hear.

It was a last minute day trip and this was perfect and fun to do! We were able to see the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz so close and it only took an hr. Better than driving, finding parking, and taking pictures.

We enjoyed the Bay cruise. It was booked for a Saturday, but due to Fleet Week (air show) cruised were canceled and we had to reschedule. We would have appreciated a notice or a message and we would have planned accordingly. My itinerary changed completely for the weekend since we ended up reschedulingcruise for Sunday. So the cruise itself was pleasant, but the lack of communication made my weekend trip a bit hectic.

The tour started on time. We couldn’t make it on time we bought tkts for, but they were very nice to get us on the very next boat. Great experience

The cruise was awesome. Great crew. It was everything we were told it would be. Great views of Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the city.

A brilliant way to see not only the bay and Alcatraz but also the Golden Gate Bridge - from underneath. There was an audio on the boat, however it wasn't possible to hear everything being said clearly so probably missed some of the landmarks! It was a clear day, the crew were friendly and the bar had a good selection of drinks. Great to see the city from the other side (i.e. the water) and see the bridge from a different perspective. You also saw the 'back side' of Alcatraz island, even though we didn't land there. A lovely hour on the water.
