I am so thankful and blessed to be part of this trip. It has truly been a blessing and an experience filled with joy that is hard to describe. I could hardly believe my own eyes and ears — everything I’ve read in the Bible, I was able to see and experience in real life. It’s amazing. God is so good! Sometimes I wished I could speak and understand English better — that’s one of my weaknesses — but even so, I felt God’s presence in every moment. I’m especially thankful for our guide, Oscar. Even though I couldn’t understand everything he said, I could see the joy on his face. Through him, I felt God’s love so clearly — I could see Jesus shining through him. I’m also very grateful for our driver, who took such good care of us throughout the journey. When we visited Mary’s House and the Tomb of John, I was completely overwhelmed. The presence of God was so strong — all I wanted to do was to say “Amen” and “Hallelujah” again and again. This journey has strengthened my faith and filled my heart with gratitude. We chose Ertunga Tours because they were accomodating. Our guide was Ozgur and our driver Halil. Ozgur is very knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-Earth. Ozgur patiently explained the history of the sites before they became the Seven Churches, during their heyday and after their fall. He answered our questions in detail. He kept the naratives interesting and made sure to point out special historical hidden feartures at the sites. Halil greeted us every morning with a smile larger than life. Since the mornings and days were quite chilly, Halil kept the van fresh, clean and warm for us. We spent many wonderful lunches together. Ozgur is such a warm, authentic, people person - a comforting joy to be around. He really cares about his tourists. There was an unfortunate accident with a tourist from another guide and he quickly stepped in, first to ensure that the injured person was stable and then to translate between the other tourists, the site security and paramedics. I was so proud that he was our guide. He is a true human, so please request Ozgur on your trip to Turkiye. He will open your eyes, mind and heart - oh, and he knows all the great places to eat.

We had a 5 days private historic and biblical tour of the seven churches of Revelation and the experience was excellent. Our tour guide Mr.Umut and our driver Mr.Esref We went on a tour to Ephesus with a church group before but going on a private tour trip like this was way better than I expected. We take our time and still able to finish the tour as scheduled and didn’t miss anything. The private tour was well organized by Maria Ertunga. It was a very informative and learning experience trip to these seven churches from the Book of Revelation in the Bible. Visiting these churches in person and visually witnessing the scriptures being revealed by Christ to the apostle John was very real and overwhelming ! Umut gave us a lot of interesting historic and archaeological facts about these places and it was a privilege and joy to read the scripture passages together in these churches. Umut was very knowledgeable and helpful explained in great detail which gave us a more meaningful biblical experience ! Thank you Umut for giving us a wonderful cultural journey through this part of Turkiye and we tasted some authentic Turkish cuisine. We also like the accommodation and arrangements during this trip as well. Thank you Maria Ecir for making it possible. On the last day of our tour we also meet Mr Ertunga in person and check in to make sure we’re please which was very nice. one of the best guided trip i’ve ever experienced! Oscar was very attentive to our group, his flexible, approachable and knowledgeable about the seven churches. He looked after all of us from the moment we arrived at our hotel to giving us choices for our food preference for our meals. He’s blend in / adopted very well to our ways! We had a good laugh throughout our trip on top of all the knowledge he shared with us!
