A tour that is very worth doing, especially for those who do not know the city well. I recommend hiring p/ the first days pq from it you can have an idea of the places you want to invest more time. Our guide was Letizia, who through its preparation can give us various historical references of the places and many tips that we take advantage of during the journey. 10:10 for everything!!!

The tour is quite satisfactory as described, but we bought the Spanish language option and the guide spoke only Portuguese. Very much in favor, I found it incredibly positive to have more time on some beaches to enjoy even some sun.

We like the script, the explanations of the guide Gelson, has a good knowledge of the history of Florianópolis. Very helpful. Punctuality.

Foi o city tour mais longo da minha vida. Saímos as 830 do hotel e regressamos as 19 :30. Ficamos muito tempo engarrafados e pouquíssimo tempo nos bons locais.

The tours are interesting, but the guides don't seem very well prepared. I took two tours and, in the first, I received a specific time message, but 15 minutes before that time, the driver was already calling me. When he arrived, he informed me that they had booked with him to pick me up 15 minutes before they told me. On the second day, there was an accident before I was picked up, and the bus arrived almost 40 minutes late. With a 20-minute delay, I asked by message if there was an expected arrival, as the car had not yet arrived. No one answered me, although I was in contact minutes before to clarify details about the tour the next day. Ten minutes later, the guide who would make the trip and who was also waiting, came to me and explained about the accident and the reason for the delay. Something that caught my attention was that most of the time the guides only spoke Spanish, justifying that most of the customers also spoke that language. However, we are in Brazil, where the official language is Portuguese. Although Spanish is relatively easy to understand for Brazilians, some words are different. Given that we are in a Portuguese-speaking country, it would be more appropriate for guides to communicate in both languages. And don't try to mix the languages because you can get pretty confused.

We took several pictures, but we didn't go to the places they promised. For me it was very important to tour the center and see at least one museum, which did not happen and the guide said he had said they were “over there”. They leave you at a whereabouts and say “there it is”. See you in 40 minutes right here. There is no explanation. He spoke in Portuguese all the time where only the passengers behind him listened, but the others heard nothing. When we asked him he didn't know because he didn't speak Spanish. He didn't take us to all the promised places. I feel like I lost my money as the palace and the cathedral were important to me. But they just told us here's the market. See you in 40 minutes and you can buy. Then he denied us that and said he had warned but we had not understood

I loved the tour the if Gerson the guide very attentive and carefully explains everything to us .... Super recommend itaguasul Aline was super attentive in negotiating the tours
