We learned so much about Kotor on our walking tour with our guide, Jelena. She was very knowledgeable and shared wonderful bits of history, customs and info about life in Kotor. We sampled meats and olives from the farmer's market and had a full-on lunch at the pub, with meats, cheeses, olives, mussels, and squid ink risotto. Food was delicious. A great experience.

Nikola was extremely well informed, very engaging and great company. The food was plentiful and it was lovely to stop in the market too. Definitely recommend as a way to discover Montenegro’s food while understating their history and culture.

Jelena was a lovely guide, she was easy to talk to and she was keen to answer all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about Kotor old town and we found out a lot about the history of it and more about the culture of Montenegro. The food was good value if you like mussels, maybe consider a different vegetarian option than salad? The whole experience was very worth while and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We did the Private walking tour with food and wine, with our guide Jelena and a full day Lovcen and Skadar Lake Tour from Kotor, with our guide Krsto. The tours were as described by Sandra when we booked and well organised in advance of both days. The walking tour was a great way to learn about the history and highlights of kotor. It's a busy place and being able to visit and understand the finer details of this beautiful town in this way was ideal. We tasted local food and drink in the farmers market and ended the tour with a delicious lunch with wine (there is a lot of food!). The full day lovcen and skadar lake tour was the highlight of our trip. Montenegro is an amazing country and this was a fantastic way to see some of its beauty. We visited some breathtaking viewpoints looking over the bay of kotor, the old royal capital and the mausoleum. Driving through Lovcen we saw some amazing scenery and then had a boat trip on Skadar lake - which is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we've been anywhere in the world. We ended by visita local winery for a tour, food and wine tasting, the perfect way to end the day. What made both trips were our guides, Jelena and Krsto, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable, interesting and did their tours with a great sense of humour. It's obvious why Miro and Sons have such great reviews. Highly recommend them for your tours in Montenegro.

We really loved this tour! The food was great, we especially loved trying all of the different olives at the market. Our guide also did a great job explaining the history of Kotor as we walked around.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Montenegro, its customs, and moirés. She showed us all the sites and we ate a lovely meal at a local establishment. The meal consisted of smoked meats (local prosciutto , bacon, and bresaola), cheese, olives, and pepper sauces along with squid ink risotto and steamed mussels. We also drank the local grappa. There is a mountain pass that the locals used to use to trade with the inland towns. The prison, churches, and walls are what one would expect from a medieval town.

Dialo was a great guide blending history and local stories into the tour. The food was good as well. I would recommend the tour and ask for Dialo as a guide.

Great experience! The tour stared with an appetite of pastrami and olives in farmers market and then walking around the old town with stories and history. The tour ended with a nice lunch with pastrami/bread/mussels/squid risotto. Our guide Jelena was so helpful and kind. She shared lots of her personal stories with Kotor. The whole tour was very pleasant, one of the best in our Montenegro trip.

We were delayed heavily but were very understanding. Jelena really enjoys her hometown. WhatsApp communication was very effective
