Toledo Unveiled: Imperial City & Cathedral Day Trip from Madrid

A day well spent. Excellent guide. Plenty of extra time to explore, dine and shop. Convenient pickup location and dropoff.

Our tour guide, Aranza, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about everything and had a wonderful and pleasant attitude and demeanor. I was with my family where I am fluent in Spanish, but my daughter is not, so I was able to recognize that she was very thorough in translating everything she said in both Spanish & English for everyone on the tour. Never did she leave anything out or failed to mention something in English for the rest of the tour group. It was very, very hilly and sometimes a big hike, but the timing and organization was superb. She said we could meet back at the bus meeting point for anyone who would happen to get lost at 3:45 PM on the dot. It was incredible, we were at the bus back at exactly 3:45 PM on the dot! The bus was extremely comfortable and luxurious, very well air conditioned, and they even sold bottles of water for one euro. I definitely recommend the tour and if you can request her, I would definitely do it!

Our tour guide was amazing! The entire tour was so informative and she really made the history of Toledo come to life. The experience was one of the top visits I had while visiting Spain. The time it takes to get to Toledo is worth it. The tour of the cathedrals was highlight.

Excellent time in Toledo. Beautiful site seeing and beautiful weather to top it all. Aranza is an excellent tour guide who gave us details on the sites we visited. Rafael, the driver made sure we got back to our destination spot safe and sound. Cheers!

This tour was amazing! Well paced especially when hills were involved. Showed us all of the highlights of Toledo and recommended a wonderful place for lunch. Make this THE tour you do in Toldeo!

Arancha was a great pleasant informative safety focused your guide. We truly enjoyed and learned Rafael was a pleasant and sage bUs driver Loved my tour!!

Our guide Arantxa was so friendly and patient. She imparted a wealth of knowledge and I don't think we could have had a better guide. What I will advise is to come prepared! We had 2 hours to explore on our own and I'm so glad that we had figured out beforehand where we wanted to go for lunch (Steet & Soul - it was very good). The city is extremely crowded and can be a little overwhelming. I didn't love that our group was so large - around 60 people. We did have to do a fair amount of waiting for people to get through lines or to catch up. Arantxa did a great job of wrangling everyone, but in the future I would definitely choose a tour with a smaller size.

Our guide was great but the receiver cut out sometimes and having both languages was cumbersome. That's all I have to say.
