Jakarta Immersion: Unforgettable Full-Day City & Local Tour

We had a great guide, Rizky with a driver. They were flexible with tweaks to starting and end time, and also accomodated the request for vegan food at lunch. We saw everything noted in the tour information, which was interesting and informative. The only stop that was somewhat underwhelming was the port. I feel we got a good understanding of Jarkarta's history, and a flavor into life there. I'll also note the reasonable price of this tour. We did something similar a few days earlier in Singapore, and it was about triple the price.

The tour was very informative. Gus was well prepared and kept us on track all the time. Loved his kindness, flexibility, and attention. He made sure he covered everything, paying attention to details. Kudos to Gus!

Isabella was a terrific guide. She was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and showed us wonderful sights. She adjusted to meet our requirements. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend the tour.

This was the most informative tour we had after a full week of tours in Indonesia. Thomas knew so much about the history and culture and was happy to share with us. He also was great at finding bathrooms that were not mere holes in a floor with no paper! Really important for foreign tourists like us. We ended the day with a stop for souvenirs at a puppet art shop. This was worth it in our opinion. Much better quality items than elsewhere (including masks and some Batik). Note that Jakarta has bumper to bumper traffic so there is no way you will get to all the sights listed so choose where you want to prioritize as the day unfolds.

The tour was great, Gus was very knowledgeable and friendly, did a great job. Good selection of the city's highlights. What I didn't like was the car did not have seat belts for passengers. All cars used on tours should have seat belts.

We took the Full Day Private Tour with Lunch and had a great time. Rafael was a fantastic guide who was funny and engaging. He was good at knowing when we wanted more information and when we just wanted quiet. We saw many highlights of the city and had a great lunch. Highly recommend.

This tour gives a compact insight to the main cultural and historical aspects of Jakarta. Our Guide Gus was very informative and provided detailed explanations on the history of Indonesia. Jakarta is a city of contrast with colonial past and modern high rises beside each other. An interesting day tour.

Very well organised and professional. Learnt a lot about the political and cultural history. The food was delicious too and the guide (Hertin) was very helpful and kind.

This is a fabulous tour. Our guide, Gus, was a real sweetheart. Charming, funny, knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so much about Indonesian culture and history and had an enjoyable day experiencing the city with someone who clearly loves it. Highly recommended.
