Silvina was amazing! She was so kind to accommodate and change our itinerary on the fly when she saw we had a friend’s elderly mother with us. She made quick changes by calling different restaurants in order to make our friend’s Mom not walk as far. This tour had a premium feel to it, with some lovely spots and a great host. The food and drink choices were all regional and you got a real sense of connection to the environment and the history. Great balance of walking/talking/eating/drinking.
