Unforgettable Capri Day Trip from Naples: Blue Grotto & Island Magic!

Unfortunately, it was raining and we didn’t get to experience all of what Anacapri and Capri had to offer. I really wish we could have gone on the chairlift in Anacapri but the weather did not allow it. I think having the tour guide and the company arrange the ferry ride, bus, and garden tickets on the island was very nice and convenient, but our tour guide really only guided us for maybe 1 hour out of the whole day. There was a lot of “free time” to go walk around unguided which I was not expecting. One thing I realized throughout the day was we could have done the day trip for WAY less if we bought the tickets for the ferry and the island transport ourselves. You can definitely do this on a budget, but it was convenient to not have to worry about getting the right ferry tickets

This was an excellent trip. We had a tour with pick up . Our guide Nina was very nice , energetic and full of life . She made the trip more enjoyable . Capri is beautiful .

A great tour! My daughter while in college took a semester living in Italy one summer and described Capri as the most beautiful place on earth. It did not disappoint. Though very expensive the views were amazing. I took the trip to the top of the island and was in awe of scenery! Well worth the trip!

We were wary of visiting Capri from our cruise ship ourselves, so decided to book the tour with Viator. The communication was excellent prior to our tour, and Roberta our Guide contacted us the night before to reconfirm the meeting time and place, which was reassuring and appreciated. Roberta was an excellent and personable guide and organised our time on the island well with visits to Anacapri, Capri and the port area. All transport costs were included in the price. Recommended.

Great to see the Ana Capri and Capri, however we felt that we spent too much time in heavy shopping areas and not enough time exploring the sights, for the price we paid the small admission fees for the little museum and even the chair lift could have been included rather than leaving us to just wonder around the retail area.

It was a beautiful day for a tour. We learned about the region through our tour guide, Giusy, during our bus ride and our walk to the areas. Thank you, Giusy, for the sprinkles of the history of Italy during this tour. Our tour guide was most kind and accommodating, pointed out the most fascinating and interesting places to see and pay attention to. She was always helpful and cognizant of what we needed and what was important to take away from this tour. Grazie mille, Giusy!

We had an amazing tour on 19.10.2025 in Capri with our guide Gabriel. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. Everything was amazing, tour is so interesting and views are fantastic! Gabriel made the whole experience so much more special — he took care of every detail and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Highly recommend taking a tour with him if you want to truly enjoy Capri!

Me and my husband had an amazing tour to Capri and Anacapri with Gabriel Casavega as tour leader. We have never had such a leader who had care all the time of all the members of the group (14 persons), with profesionalism, enthusiasm and fun. He is made for this job like no other.
