Big bus is not Greyline hop on hop off but did provide a great way to get an overview of Chicago downtown, parks, and museums.

Pleasant knowledgeable drivers. Using earphones, 1 is English and 2 is Spanish. Volume is the other button!

Not very positive. Bus smelled very oily on the bottom level. Chicago Marathon stopped all of our service. You think they would have known that to warn me when I booked. Long wait between rides and kind of crabby drivers. I will ask for refund.

The good: they have good WiFi and a decent recorded audio about what your looking on the tour. The bad: they change routes without telling you, you can be waiting for an hour for a bus that gets to your location and tells you they decided to stop the service so you need to wait for another bus. If you ask the driver for guidance or help they just grunt at you. You need a lot of patience if you decide using this service.

Audio poor. Only one driver explained things. Some staff were crabby. It was a nice way to see the city. Gave coupons for ice cream but didn’t tell us where the ice cream museum was to get some. Would say it was good way to see city so worth in that way. Expensive for what you got.

It was a ok , the wait time to get in was longer than expected. The story telling was short and adequate. They should add few more stops .

Pros Frequent busses, Good route around downtown Nice interior Friendly staff Reasonable prices Cons Limited commenting on architecture and surrounding places Seats were slippery and not comfortable Some got hit by tree branches in upper deck

Our first driver Felicia was outstanding. She narrated with appropriate humor, she advised for safety and was pleasant. The driver that took over for her at her break was absolutely horrendous. He did not say anything except stop numbers and to yell at someone not following safety protocol, which he never announced. He was rude, did not introduce himself, and was unaware of the comfort of his passengers. We left a hefty tip for Felicia, but nothing for the relief driver.
