I had a leisurely visit with my family to ha long bay. They were sensitive to my needs and were happy to assist with any questions or issues that arose. Aside from the crowds, I had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend

I went with my family and we al had a wonderful time on the trip. The food was god and the service was excellent. We had a flood in outer room and it was resolved within an hour.

Very nice staff. Great service during meal times. Excursions was fun and we were well taken cared of. I got a cut on my toe and got first class first aid treatment

The ship is old. It is not what I saw in the picture. Crews are friendly. Food is ok. We choose Ha Long bay tour. It covers 3 excursion activities. These activities are the same for most of Ha Long bay tour. These activities met my expectation.

We had 2 days 5* cruise tour. Enjoyed this tour very much. There is sufficient time, not rushing. Everything is arranged nicely for us, no fuss. The bus shuttle is very comfortable, the check in and out went smoothly. It is literally as they said, sit like a king and everything is taken care of. The cruise is comfortable and quiet. The services are personalised and friendly, especially Chien, our Cruise Manager.

Amazing experience-10/10! We enjoyed every part of it from the sweet staff, the fun activities, the super clean &spacious room, and excellent food. I would recommend it to anyone wants to explore Halong Bay.

Absolutely 10/10 experience! The transit from Hanoi to Haling Bay, the shuttle boat to the cruise, the fun activities&excursions, and the excellent room&food on the cruise-everything detail was so well considered! I will highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a 5-star overnight cruise experience in Halong Bay.

Aqua Elegance Ha Long bay was a fantastic over night cruise, offering great food and beverages. Whilst lacking a non-seafood option for dinner main course, the package was romantic, inclusive and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- If you travel as group but prefer SINGLE CABIN FOR 1 PERSON, please book separatedly
- Check in time 12:30-13:00 / Check out time from 09:30am - 11:00am. These are cruises, not hotel, so travelers need to check out easilier than usual and staffs clean rooms for other new guests coming
