Our well-planned excursion was a resounding success. Our tour guide, Paul, played a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and trouble-free experience. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the day, and his kind and positive demeanor made the journey enjoyable for all participants. Blarney Castle is undoubtedly a must-visit attraction during a trip to Ireland, and Cobh’s picturesque beauty added to the overall charm of the day. It was an absolutely wonderful experience that we will cherish forever.

Would highly recommend to anyone going to Ireland! You get to experience riding on a train! Traveling through magical little villages and seeing the Blarney Stone Castle! All without having to worry about the travel plans! Everything was very well organized!

This was an amazing tour. It was our first time on a train and it was very relaxing. So much greenery. Our tour guide Jon was wonderful and so was our Bus driver, Dan. I highly recommend this to everyone. Ireland is a beautiful country

John and Dan were awesome!! We had a blast at the Blarney Stone and in Cobh. Wish we could have had a little more time at Blarney and a little less time at the titanic so that we could have explored the grounds at blarney a bit more. At the same time, we could have had a bit more time at Cobh. Overall though, 10/10 experience!

The experience was everything advertised and more. The train was amazing and there was plenty of time to enjoy all of the stops. Our tour guide, Paul, was awesome, providing interesting facts and stories as well as keeping us informed of the itinerary. Worth the price.

Rail Tours Ireland First Class Day Tours did not disappoint, it was a great tour from start to finish. David is wonderful professional, experienced, knowledgeable guide and Danny his driver did amazing job driving our transport. Ease of traveling by train was a major bonus. Able to relax, see the countryside, walk freely on the train, snack service available, and have bathroom access. Significantly more comfortable and enjoyable than packed on a tour bus. Norman, our guide, provided an overview of the itinerary and a wealth of information through the course of the day. Definitely a great way to tour!

I’m rating this as a four star simply based on the amount of travel and length of the day. Other than that, the sightseeing, the guide and experience was fantastic! Be prepared for a 15 hour day, however still worth it.

We loved every minute of this tour! There were nine of us (6 adults and 3 kids 11, 9 and 7). The tour was very well organized and our tour guide, Norman, took great care of us. Our train accommodations were excellent as was our tour bus. The time at each destination was good (although you could easily spend an entire day at Blarney Castle).
