Ramiro on the jet ski tour plopped us right in the middle of a dolphin pod. My wife & 11 year old smiled the entire time. Normally I don't hear many "Good job dad" comments but I did last week. I smiled and said I know I am awesome. All I did was pick the conchalfun team. The personally of each team member from booking (Andrei) to guides (John & Ramiro) made you feel special. I know they do this work for lots of customers but it never felt that way during any part of the vacation. I felt like they were part of my vacation and will remember the positive interactions (text, voice message, & face to face) for the rest of my life. They will forever be Costa Rica to me. If your making a booking decision just do it, conchalfun is more than good.

We had an amazing time exploring Costa Rica with Conchal Fun! Before heading to the Miravalles Volcano, we made a stop at a beautiful waterfall that was just stunning—such a perfect way to kick off the adventure. The tour around the Miravalles Volcano was unforgettable, with breathtaking views and tons of cool experiences. Andrei, our guide, was awesome—his knowledge of the area really brought everything to life. We then relaxed at the hot springs, soaking in the natural thermal pools, and the mud bath was definitely a highlight. Afterward, we enjoyed an amazing meal at the best restaurant in Miravalles—great food and a welcoming vibe. Tasted really authentic like a Costa Rican grandma made the food for us herself. On another day, we went on a thrilling jet ski tour along the coast. We saw so many beautiful beaches and had a blast. The best part was stopping at an island where we got to check out some really cool starfish and a family of crabs—such a unique experience! One evening, we wanted to head to Tamarindo, and Andrei made it super easy by arranging a driver to take us there and back to our hotel. It really made the night stress-free and fun. This trip had the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and local culture. If you're looking for an unforgettable Costa Rican experience, we highly recommend Conchal Fun and their awesome team!

Great tour even for beginners. Very comfortable with guides and great scenery. Stopped at a beautiful Secluded beach for some swimming. Guys were great

We used Conchal Fun for 3 different tours: 1/2day fishing, horseback riding, and jet skiing. Our 1/2 day fishing was with Luis. He arrived at the Westin beach at 7am sharp and we were off to find some fish! We were out for about 3 hours and caught 5 fish: a couple jack, two Bonita, and a mackerel. Luis was very professional and friendly. We had a fantastic time with him on his boat! My boys and I rode horses for an hour along the beach. It was our first time doing it and it was relaxing and a nice experience. Our guide was very friendly and enthusiastic. We went jet skiing today with Alessandro and it was an awesome experience. The jet skis met us on the Westin beach exactly at 9am. We got to ride to a few different areas, including a secluded cove with tide pools that our boys got to explore a bit. The communication with Andrei was just SO easy and excellent. I am so impressed by how punctual our tours were and how quickly Andrei responded to my questions. The tours were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend Conchal Fun to everyone!!!

Andrei was fantastic! He helped us book all of our activities from picking us up at the airport, to the jet ski tour, to an atv tour that took us up the mountains to zip line, then back to the airport on our final day. All of the tours were led by fun and experienced guides, all tours felt safe and were very enjoyable. Andrei also uses WhatsApp and is very quick to respond and answer any questions during your stay. I highly recommend Conchal Fun and will use them again in the future when we go back.
