Frankfurt Blitz: 60-Minute Panoramic City Discovery

Good overview of the city and getting bearings. The Skyline tour is a little misleading in my opinion. I invisioned a drive looking over the city, it is basically same as city tour but this onle focuses on the high rise structures of the city skyline.

Hoho bus only talked about the skyscrapers…guess there’s just nothing really interesting in Frankfurt

Don’t do both loops, it’s a lot of the same stuff, and a lot of skyscrapers. Would have been better walking around the historic area.

Journey was too short. Not much view but buildings and skyscrapers. Be more specific in meeting point. We were early but had to take the 11am bec we were waiting near the St. Pauls Church. 9

Not worth it. There's no city map provided. Driver will just continue driving unless someone will press the stop button. Better ride an uber.

We purchased the Grand ticket and went on both the red and green routes. English commentary was readily accessible but there wasn’t a lot of info provided. The drivers seemed to race between stops rather than take it easy - especially given passengers are sightseeing g and are happy for a steady, gentle pace where they get to see things. We did each route from the top deck but you kind of have to because they have advertising covering the bottom windows- which is a very weird thing to do on a SIGHTSEEING bus ????? Also the first bus was at 1100 and they finish at 1700, which is not long if you’re actually planning to get off at a few stops. Still felt that we got a decent overview of Frankfurt, but nowhere near as good as hop on hop off we’ve done elsewhere.

Great tour with a great experience. Get off at the Working Man stop or the Bahnhof stop to enjoy some of the sights. There are plenty of places to get some great food and drinks.

Very expensive and disappointing. We basically paid $64 for a one hour bus ride listening to a recorded tape of the city that was out of sync with where the bus was at that moment. I know I could have gotten off at stops along the way but there was no incentive or information to guide me or make me want to do so.

Most of the tour was simply “Look Up” with a few facts thrown in. Granted Frankfurt is more a financial hub but I have been on better Hop On/Off buses in other European cities and this was poor.

We’ve done hop-on hop-off tours in various cities and the Frankfurt one has to be the worst so far. Sales lady was unhelpful and unfriendly, the bus frequency is terrible and it was expensive for what it was.
