Boston's Best Views: Trolley Hop-On & Harbor Cruise!

The operators were very knowledgeable and fun. I enjoyed all of the information we received since we had never been to Boston before this trip. The history that they gave us was amazing. We had. 4 different drivers and they were all amazing.

Great staff, clean buses and all the best sites throughout Boston! We were shown so much history, culture, architecture unique to Boston…it was amazing!

The instructions for where to meet the bus are inadequate. Saying simply to meet at Boston Commons, which is many, many acres of large, is insufficient. Our driver is a constant mumbler. I checked with the group behind me. None of us can understand a single word that he says. Rambling on about bacon, cardiologist, Ho Chi minh? I don't know if any of these words are accurate?. Completely unintelligible. I can't wait to get off this bus and find a new driver.

My husband is recovering from a broken kneecap so this was the perfect way for us to explore Boston. We could get off at certain locations of interest for us and explore when we wanted to. I was a great tour.

There were 4 of us from Texas. Two of our party had never been to Boston before. Our first driver was Chris and then we got Hugo a couple of times. They were both super narrators. They were friendly, helpful, and very informative. The jokes were funny and the information was interesting. Hugo especially waited a couple of minutes for us to get around the corner for the last pick-up of the day. I had a support boot on my foot and I really appreciated that he waited for us so I didn’t have to walk any further.

Hop on the trolley to get the lay of the land when you arrive to Boston… THEN hop off where it interests you! You can still get on a stop at 5:00 and get dropped off farther down the route! Charming was a great driver and enjoyed the interaction!

I had called the company before booking and and spoke with a gentleman about their services, and asked if there would be assistance with a walker with getting in and out of the bus, he said of course. They would carry it in and out of the bus. 1 out of 3 helped us. With stop 7 to 10 we had a great driver very personable, the rest of the route was narrated by a recording. When asked a question he answered look at the map.

Great tour guides and route. Very good schedule - never waited long for the next trolley. Got stuck in traffic at one point for quite a while and the guide did a great job continuing to provide information for the extra time.

Only got to use 1 day of our 2 day pass thanks to the weather. Drivers are very, very entertaining & friendly. Seats are like garden benches so not especially comfortable. Weather made the vinyl pull-down windows fog over (driver wiped them w/ paper towels but fog came back). Not very warm considering the conditions. BUT is well worth the cost.
