Lovely experience to see the sights. Staff were very helpful especially our bus driver on the red route 25 Th Feb. Very informative. Would highly recommend.

We were able to cover the whole city. The 5 day pass was a great value for us. We enjoyed the included extras with the 5 day pass; the Frame, sunset desert, aquarium and boat cruise. The red route is pretty much on time but there was bad Sunday traffic on the blue route. The narration is very informative.

all the drivers and staff at bigbus tour are just FANTASTIC and they are nothing but helpful. Really had a great time in Dubai with big bus tour. Driver ISHAQ is a very good driver and he's helped us a LOT. Strongly recommend bigbus tour if you want to visit Dubai in comfortable!p

Big bus is a great way to get around to the main attractions in Dubai. Had a very good experience with it. Specially i took the bonus package with the dhow cruise and desert safari. the driver name nawaz was very nice give me the tips to make my desert safari experience more enjoyable. highly recommend the full package.

Great experience. Visited all the sightseeings I wanted to see. The information during the tour was excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it.

Red Route excellent value and great to understand old Dubai. Blue route wait until construction completed stuck as all we did was get stuck in traffic. Commentary at least 4 years old.

A good way to get around the city. Best to stay on the bus for the complete routes and go back to where you want to see later dues to the timing of the bus routes. Unfortunately the timetable is not kept to. One day we waited an hour for the next bus when should have been 40 minutes maximum. Couldn't fit in the boat ride that was offered.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. Recommended starting points: Stop 1 – Wafi City (in front of Pharaohs Club) or Stop 2 – Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall (Zabeel Parking entrance). The Arabian Dhow Cruise departs every hour between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Stop 4: Arabian Dhow Cruise, located on Al Seef Street opposite the Ministry of Defence building. Show your digital or printed ticket to board. If you hold a 5-day ticket, you’ll also enjoy unlimited pizza and soft drinks on board. If your ticket includes Ambassadors Lagoon, present your digital or printed ticket to a Big Bus team member at Big Bus Stop 19: Atlantis the Palm, and they’ll provide you with your entrance ticket. The Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Tickets must be collected from a Big Bus Tours staff member at Stop 13: Dubai Frame before entering the attraction. Entry includes access to all Dubai Frame galleries. The Desert Sunset Tour departs from Stop 1: Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, and lasts approximately 2 hours, 40 minutes, including 50-minute transfers each way.
