The time at Madurodam can be shortened. Most of it would be of more interest to families with young kids. The cruise was over 90 minutes. Nothing of interest to see until the last 30minutes. There was no live guide. The recorded guiding came on for the last 30minutes only. The cruise should be cut short to total of 30minutes.

It was okay but it said on the tour we will spend half an hour at The Hague but we only spent 10mins which is so disappointing 😏

The guide could have been better . Tour was in English and he was communicating in two language . Could have made tour more interesting

An excellent way to get an overview of the different cities in one day. Time to spend at each location is good, good value. The only unpleasant experience we had was our tour guide not willing to give us a minute to go and use the bathroom even then there was more than enough time. Even if it were a joke, it dampened our whole experience.

Guide was very good. Had a good voice and cadence to his speech. Beforehand not sure about the miniature park, but loved the Flying Dutchman tour. Very clever. One suggestion: River cruise should be described as Port Container/ Dock Cruise. We had nice weather- enjoyable day.

The first part of the tour was great. They need to eliminate the cargo and tanker boat ride it is Boring and no one cares. It is a 75 minute time filler.

Hard to hear/understand tour guide at times. Otherwise was a good variety of activities and sightseeing.

This tour was very good. Ian (tour guide) and Gerald (bus driver) kept things running smoothly all day. Ian was not only informative, but also quite comical! To improve tour… my opinion is to give more time in Delft. The 90 min. canal cruise was quite long and dull at times. Maybe shorten it a bit to 1 hour and allow more time in Delft. Also… it would have been nice to visit the Eurodam Tower observation deck. We were so close to it. I think it was a great tour and worth the money we paid.
