Lovely experience and staff so friendly and helpful making the whole experience even better. Great level of English spoken and the penguins were just the icing on the cake as wasn’t expecting them especially the viewing area in the centre- hilarious for photos of family members. Treasure chest trail kept family entertained and added to the whole experience.

Great interactive displays with some fab activites for kids. My daughter loved seeing her picture come to life on the interactive display and loved being able to pop up in the display tube to see the penguins up close. But the BEST bit for both us and my daughter was the pirate actor, he was SO good with my daughter. He had noticed that she didnt want to go in because it was dark and she was a little overwhelmed so he came over and gave her a special pirate quest! He took some fab pics with her and even came to check up later that she was still enjoying it. He pitched his interaction just right and without him she would not have gone in at all! Thank you Captain Careless!!

We enjoyed our time here. It’s a manageable place with some events at set time such as penguin feeding etc. Plenty of fish, friendly staff and re-entry permitted. Has a separate elevator to the bottom floor of the mall but there are also stairs and escalators. Kids had a good time learning and viewing sea life.

Absolutely amazing experience, me and lily loved it, we loved seeing the orcas have sooo much room in their tank. WOULD RECCOMEND 100%- Ellissa Awesome, the dolphins and orcas jumping in there green pond swimming everywhere. They looked so happy and was crying becuse of how happy thyey were. 100% go back and keep the orcas captive.- Lily

After recommendation from a friend we decided to give it a go. We were so impressed with the Sea Life Centre, its a hidden gem. We used a % off from nearby cafe which was a bonus. A very interesting, entertaining and educational environment. Adults and kids alike loved it. Our grandchildren are 7 and 15 years old and they both enjoyed it. Specially enjoyed the penguns and the tunnel with viewing bubble. Can highly recommend a visit to the sea life centre

Went here as a time waster as we were staying over the road and past it a couple of times a day whilst in the shopping centre. We were a mixed group with small kids, teenagers and adults. We stayed for just under 2 hours and in that time seen the penguins getting fed and the giant turtles which were both great experiences, especially the penguins. The curious stingray in the first section was adorable, it followed my daughter and seemed to swim up and touch the glass where she was standing. The penguin feeding was great to watch. They’re funny little creatures but seemed happy enough diving in the water then zooming out. There’s a tunnel you can crawl through and come up in a glass dome so you can be closer to them, without the water and condensation of the main glass wall. My absolute favourite part however was the octopus. Almost missed it and wouldn’t have seen it without really looking through one of the glass domes in the wall. It was half hidden behind some weeds, in a small cave. But what a majestic creature it was. I went back 7 or 8 times as I just couldn’t get over how beautiful it was. One time I went back and it was right out in full show, just looking at the window. I wish I’d asked if it was male or female and what it was called. The sealife was one of the highlights for me during our trip to Paris. Was worth what we paid for entry and I liked that you could re-enter. If I ever went to Val D’Europe again I would definitely go back here in hopes to see that beautiful octopus.

Paid for the immersive package for 4, 2 were under 13 but still had to pay adult prices. So 29€ each, which we thought was a bit expensive but if it helps the centre then ok. However it was bit of a disappointment. The sharks, manyorays, penguins and turtles weren't in a big enough enclosure in my opinion and we felt a bit sad about it. The VR wasn't great either.

A nice place to take a break from shopping for an hour or so. A variety of species to observe and learn about. Group discounts are available
