Experience was great Daniel,Lori,neisha, Brian, and Miguel were great we had an amazing time. 10/10 would recommend this if you come to fajardo.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable guides and quite funny! I really enjoyed myself, and it was so cool to see the bioluminescence do its thing! The guides made the experience that much better, even as a solo traveler!

WOW!!! We not only had an amazing kayaking experience, but we got the bioluminescence!! We had been warned it might not be strong tonight but it was magical! I liked when they gave you a tarp to get under; if you put the water on your legs it was like blue green and white sparks!!! Bravo to our 4 guides, they all had different "specialties" from pointing out the stars, to explaining the biology....To towing some of the group that were a bit Crashy lol :) soooo fun!!!

The tour was an amazing experience, Miguel, Lauri, Daniel, and Brian were great guides, they kept all safe through very dark waterways and gave all a fun adventure.

Very great experience! Kayaking is my favorite but I’ve never done it at night. Guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!!

They said they’d be taking photos of us while we kayaked. I ended up seeing 0 bioluminescence during the trip and 0 photos after the trip because they never sent it to us. Even a friend I met on this tour didn’t get her photos. If you fall behind you’ll have this super aggressive employee kayaking right behind you yelling which direction to paddle in, because the river is narrow. If you paddle left, right, left but he said left, left, right he starts yelling his instructions louder. I arrived drenched in sweat but at least the way back was enjoyable since we were going with the tide. Tour said 1.5 to 2 hour trip, we were back in less than 1.5 though, presumably because there was no bioluminescence.

It was a workout if you’ve never kayaked before, but it’s well worth it at the end absolutely beautiful. Seeing the stars and planets under a deep dark sky was also amazing a rarity where we come from.

Two fat, old out of shape people here. We had fun! Kayaking upstream was a little difficult, but the team helped us. The bioluminescence was a little dim, but they did warn us and it’s better than anything back home.

Experience was great. We didn’t get to see a lot of the plankton due to the weather and water conditions. But the staff still made it fun.

Daniel, Lauri, Miguel, and crew were great. My boyfriend and I aren’t very versed in Kayaking and we were certainly not prepared for this. It is quite a journey but despite all of that the crew was helpful and patient. If this is your thing, I would highly recommend!

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Maximum Weight Limit: 240 lbs PER ONE GUEST | up to 425 lbs COMBINED PER KAYAK
- Minimum age is 6 years old | Participants Age 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on the same kayak. Participants 14-17 must have an adult participating on the tour.
- Wear Comfortable clothes that can get wet (bathing suit shorts), shoes that can get wet (flip flops / water shoes), bring a towel and change of clothes (for after the excursion).
- Odd number parties will be assigned on double kayaks during the tour.
- Bring your cell phone during your travel (in the event that we need to contact you, or you need to contact us prior to the excursion)
- This excursion requires a minimum of at least 6 total participants in order to provide the tour. In the event this minimum is not met, we will call 1-2 days prior to the excursion to go over alternative options (i.e. reschedule for a different date or time that has the minimum requirement, payment options for a private excursion, or cancel without penalty)
- For safety reasons we requiere all guests are able to communicate in English or Spanish.
- Not recommended for travelers with back, neck, wrist, arm, leg problems, recent surgeries / injuries and/or cast.
- Not recommended for travelers who are prone to panic attacks
- Not permitted for pregnant travelers
- Maximum weight per person is 240 lbs
