Wonderful serene calming way of looking at the city. Done in english and german and a very kind and courteous staff.

Great value and definitely worth the time. The only thing that I can add is if they give a poor description of where to meet the boat. It’s under the church with the big chapel. That is something that you can see.

The nice view and histories of city and the weather that day is lovely. Staffs are provided good services. I really enjoy a trip.

Really good tour, would recommend. Good view of Dusseldorf. Try and get there earlier to secure a good seat.

We had very much fun. I can only recomand it as a family trip it is ideal. You can relax and enjoy the view.

Wheelchair....a rather long and steep incline to the bottom and then 4 steps down and then another short ramp up to get you ONTO the boat. Once on board you are restricted to that main flooor. Crutches...as long as the ramps are dry will not be an issue. The ramps are metal so could pose a slip risk if damp or wet. 2 short flights of stairs (roughly 8 on each flight) to get to upper decks. Cost: I paid and my hubby was FREE It was a beautiful, sunny and a little windy. Can't hear the announcements out on the rear deck....but the view was enjoyable!

Booked at the kiosk in front of the bars on the Rhine Promenade and really glad we did. The day was sunny with a cold wind so the boat was only half full but great atmosphere, really friendly staff and an informative tour despite being only about 50 minutes. Once board all drinks are free including wine, beer and hot drinks. Also the staff are prudent enough to aim off for the arrival rush so beers, wine etc are available on the bar as you walk through the inside lounge!! Although only going upriver to the harbour area then downstream to the bridge it ticks lots of boxes and is a great way to spend an hour or so in Düsseldorf.

The tour was pretty much exactly how you'd imagine it to be. There were two companies and one only took cash so i kept walking which was fortunate as the second was cheaper. I sat outside for the hour leisurely tour and enjoyed the sunshine. The boat took a slightly odd route along the Rhine to see various interesting buildings and gave commentary on them. The commentary was not perfectly aligned especially as it was in two languages but I got to see all I thought I would and the service was excellent.
