Departure was on time, Diana, the tour guide was really nice and helpful. On the way back, already close to the capital city, water started dripping over the front seats, then it splashed on some of the passengers. Fortunately, there were still unoccupied rear seats, so they could manage to move to the back of the coach.

We had Diana as our tour guide, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It was fun to have her on this tour to Plovdiv.

On route to Plovdiv our tour bus for the day broke down and we had to wait at a service station station for 40 minutes for a replacement bus to arrive. We arrived in Plovdiv and met by our guide who guided us through the old town explaining interesting points, buildings and the history of the town on the way. We finished the walk in the town centre where we had about a hour and a half before returning back through the old town to meet our tour bus. Our time in Plovdiv was not reduced due to the bus breakdown but we arrived back in Sofie later than expected which was not any matter for us. Oct 14th

The day of the trip was rainy, but despite everything, the guide was excellent and explained the history of the city to us well.

Bus departed on time, it was comfortable and English speaking guide in Plovdiv, Sonya, was knowledgeable and personable.

Really good. Excellent guide. Safe driver. Interesting commentary. Steady pace and just enough free time to explore

It was very smooth from start to finish. The bus was comfortable. My guide, Ralitsa, was great and very aware and flexible with the group’s needs. I learned and saw a lot without feeling overwhelmed by information. I can see the benefit of maybe having a tiny bit of extra free time. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip. The drive through the country side was also quite pretty.

Communication with both the transportation team and guide were very clear and pleasant. In Plovdiv getting out of the bus we met our guide and the tour started immediately. We saw all of the old town and got great info about the history and nice recommendations for food. Our guide (Rally) was very nice. There was also plenty of free time to shop, eat or just go for a drink or two. Would really recommend!
