It was amazing to be picked up at the airport and dropped off at the airport. It saved us much time and effort for our one day layover in Seoul.

Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable but did not plan for traffic and had no backup plan. Ride to Seoul took 3 hours. We would have rather just toured around locally. Guide was good once we finally made it to Seoul but definitely could have made contingency plans . Would not book again.

My sister and I both had a fantastic time with our driver BJ. He was both knowlegeable and professional. We learnt so much about the Korea's past and culture. We visit the Korean Folk Village and Suwon Fortrees.

Being met inside the airport was easy. Getting around the big city was easy with a limited time frame and different sites on offer. Best use of limted time.

Wonderful tour that allowed a pick up from our hotel and eventual end in Incheon International airport for our flight back home to Las Vegas! It made our last day in South Korea very memorable since we got to go on a DMZ tour before flying back home maximizing our limited time in this beautiful country.

We had a 12 hour layover, and Kim did a fabulous job picking us up from the airport and bringing us back, providing an interesting historical tour, answering all our questions, taking us for lunch in the market, and providing an enjoyable experience for the day. We are so glad we took the chance to do the customizable tour with him.

A wonderful day tour of 2 main palaces, Seoul Tower, and Korean War Memorial. We also had a wonderful lunch at a Korean barbecue restaurant. Jimmy was a very knowledgeable guide. He escorted us when we need to be escorted and also gave us enough free time to explore on our own. I recommend jimmy. He has a large comfortable car any picked us up at the cruise port

Our guide Shane was nice. However, his English speaking skills were lacking. It was difficult to ask detailed questions. He drove us around and it was great to see some of the city while we had a layover at the airport. The guide kept asking for our credit card to pay for parking fees. I would rather you charge more for the tour instead of asking for a member of our group to hand a credit card to the driver every time we left a parking lot. Our guide took us to a local's restaurant which our group really enjoyed. However, I tried to order something on the menu for myself due to dietary restrictions. The guide ignored me and just ordered what he thought the group should eat. I think there was miscommunication and some of my issues could have been resolved with better communication.
