Miami Magic: Bus & Biscayne Bay Cruise Adventure

I bought 2 city tour and cruise tickets. Lost the receipt on the tour bus and couldn’t proceed with the boat tour following. I was given the run around after making several phone calls to have my receipt sent to boat cruise officials to no avail. I refused to pay twice. There should be a way to use digital proof of your payment.

Loved the tour and boat ride would give 5/5 however tour guide called out two individuals in front of multiple tourists myself included for not tipping. Tipping is optional me and my boyfriend tipped $13 dollars between us. I was absolutely horrified by this behavior because it was two younger guys probably 18ish getting off the bus they were obviously distraught having been called cheap and made to look bad in front of the other party members. I told them not to worry that tipping culture is out of control. Turns out they simply didn’t have cash and was going to tip on the ride back after getting some cash at one of the boat bars. We Ubered back from the boat to our hotel because it was closer but also because I didn’t want to be around the tour guide after that incident. It was unprofessional and unnecessary especially considering tips are a courtesy. I was disappointed by the treatment of these two young men who were nothing but kind the entire trip.

It’s not a 5 1/2 bus & boat tour it’s about 1 1/2 on bus and 1 1/4 boat. Lots of hanging around in Little Havana and Bayside.

The tour was good, but the tour guide was not clear on where you were supposed to go to get on the boat. Also, the departure time for the boat was not clear either, so people were running around, trying to figure out where they needed to go and when. It would’ve been nice to have more time in little Havana, because by the time we got off the bus, there was only a few minutes before we had to get back on it . Our tour guide seemed to push for people to eat at a certain restaurant once we got to market side, almost making people feel obligated like they had to eat there as part of the tour group, but then the guy left, leaving people confused as to where they needed to go next. Overall, the tour was good and the price was great for a half day trip, but I would make sure you ask for clear directions on the boat departure along with a specific time.

We had a great time in Miami. Everything was on time and well organized. Everyone including tour guides and drivers were so friendly and helpful.

It was an awesome experience and I will definitely do it again. The next time will be the night tour.

Bus was almost 1h late so made us very late coming back and but top wasn't open top like advertised. Tour guy spoke mostly Spanish. Disappointed I SPEND $150 for 5 of us

I was very disappointed… I have done this tour twice in the past and it was excellent. This time not so much… I booked a 2pm tour I arrived by 1:45pm with my party of (8). I was told by the attendant that our bus got until accident and that they had to postpone our bus until 3pm. Okay that was fine we understand that things happen. The tour guy spoke very little English, when he was driving around he spoke in Spanish. The bus went through Miami Beach. We had (1) 40 minute stop in Little Havana. Where we left to walk around. We couldn’t find the guide to lead us on where we should go. In the past the guide walked with us and took us around. This time we did our own thing not that we wanted to. Our next stop was Bayshire Market place where we had to catch the Boat ride. He parked the boat and said the last return bus was at 7:30pm. Again, No guidance. We walked over to get on the boat, it was a lot of people there and we were told the Boat was full and we would have to get on the next one. Or come back tomorrow. It was a lot of back & forth they gave me the run around go speak to this person, speak that person. Then finally the attendant said the next boat was full, then they said come back tomorrow morning. I then spoke to my party and I said we would not be able to come back tomorrow we would be returning home. I asked to speak to a Manager. Long story short we were able to get on the 7pm. By the time everyone got on the boat it was already dark outside so we couldn’t see that well when the guide was pointing out the homes. The attendant on the bus was also very rude to our guess when she was trying to convince us to purchase the picture, which did not come out great. Catching a later boat caused us an additional expense because we no longer could catch the last bus at 7:30. So my party had to take a $40.00 Uber to the hotel. The overall experience was horrible. I recommended this tour based on what I experienced in the past. I wish the standards of the company would have not changed, but sadly it did but unfortunately not for the better. I doubt if I will do this tour again. I really feel that I need to be refunded even partially… I will be glad to speak to a representative if need be. I really hope that the staff can make some improvements. It was not a good customer service experience. 😟

For the price can't be beat,very good would highly recommend 👌 bus tour was great and boat tour was even better

It was okay. Nice to see the city from the water. Downside. Staff were very loud and sat a few tables away from us. All laughing and joking. We could hardly hear what was being said through the mic because of this. No refreshments offered. Would have been nice to have had the option of a cold drink to purchase from the bar but that seemed to be closed. Also had our photo by staff before going on the boat and weren’t even offered the option to buy so don’t know what that was all about. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
