Phong was an amazing tour guide, always helping everyone and a wealth of information. Tour was really well with a lot of flexibility if you didn’t want your cooperate in activities.

Very good guide phong. A lot fun ☺️ The food was great but the drinks you have to pay separately You have to pay a fee about 10€ Some activities are extra

We enioyed lots in the trip and our tour guide Mr Phong was awesome and help us . I recommend his service highly. It was nice food and beverage served during the cruise trip in between.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. We intend to do it again next year when the family come over for their holidays. Phong the guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and Vietnam, which we found interesting. The food and service on the boat was excellent. The highlight of our day was Sung Sot Cave.

Visited Halong Bay with a group of friends & the trip was great.Phong the tour guide was patient and was knowledgeable. We had a group that was vegetarian and special care was taken to provide some delicious vegetarian fare. The bar on deck was good.

Big shout out Phong, our tour guide. It was well arranged and onnboard food and snacks were good. We had re heated for vegetarian food and the same was arranged.

Phong was amazing!! He was so kind and welcoming, and the tour was lots of fun. We got to hike, see a natural cave, and go kayaking, all of which we enjoyed. Lunch was also delicious and Phong made sure everyone was comfortable and had a good time on each excursion.

- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 7.50-8.40AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.
- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
- Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
- If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
- Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
- Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
