Our guide was very knowledgeable about the countryside on our way to the wine region. She gave us detailed information about the history of the land we traveled through. The selection of the wineries was well chosen.

Good selection of tastings at the wineries in Waipara region. I also appreciated the good service I received after I mistakenly waited at the wrong the pick up point and was able to co meet up with the group and continue the trip with the rest of the group. Thank you!

The driver, Alan, made the excursion fun. The lunch could have been better. The Georges Road Winery location is absolutely stunning. That view was worth the trip. Only six people on the tour which made it easy to chat with everyone. The van was clean and comfortable. The goal was to see the area and this tour was a great opportunity. The wine tastings were a side benefit.

Fun. Would have liked to learn a little more about the process of making the wines. It was tasting only.

Amazing tour. Very nice of Jade to bring us to all wineries providing info along the way. Very friendly & charming lady. And the wineries were very nice with some amazing selection of NZ wines. They did well with explaining the notes in each wine & pro-active in answering any questions. The tour was well-paced & very comforting. Offered lot of interesting info on NZ wine-making.

Stephanie was a great guide. Was very knowledgeable about the region. The lunch was lovely. Enjoyed the company. A good day.

Whilst I enjoyed the tour and the wineries were lovely, this tour was overpriced compared to others I have been on. Made me pay adult price for my 2 x 15 year old daughter’s even though they could not do wine tasting. Food was good but more picnic style than anything. It also felt quite rushed. The winery reps provided limited commentary compared to others I have been in which I personally enjoy. The wines were good though and it was a small tour which was a bonus. Bus was very comfortable. Had a good time but would probably book another if I had my time again

The guide was extremely knowlegeable about the wineries and the history of the region. By the end of the tour everyone on the tour gained new insites into New Zealand wine.

The driver Jude was so very friendly and welcoming, great sense of humour but the delayed pick up time, had a detrimental knock on effect - lunch was rushed, and every tasting thereafter was. Waipara Springs by far the best winery, and the knowledge and chat fantastic there, elsewhere whilst friendly felt underwhelming and not very enjoyable. Needed more consideration and time

A great day with a great driver. Highly recommend. The employees at the wineries were lovely and highly informative regarding their wines.
