Each ticket also included our CYB equipment protection so if you do any accidental damage to our e-bikes you're not responsible (Horseplay is not covered, so calm down there Evel Knievel, no stunts allowed). You'll also get a wristband during your initiation that will get you EXCLUSIVE DEALS such as 10% off select gift stores throughout the city as well as happy hour specials for those old enough to partake in an adult beverage! Your ticket basically pays for itself!

captain kid was so cool! we booked this tour the first full day we were in austin which helped get our feel for the city. i haven’t rode a bike in years or ever used an electric bike but you get used to it pretty quickly that by the end of the tour you feel like a pro.

We had a fantastic time with Captain Edge! We lucked out and no one else had booked a tour at the same time so we ended up with our own private tour. Edge knows a ton about Austin, having grown up here. We got to see so much of the city and got lots of restaurant recommendations. The bikes were easy to operate and we felt safe the entire time. Would highly recommend this tour!

Loved our tour! Bike was super easy to ride. Our guide, Captain Kid, was excellent: knowledgeable, relaxed, very safe. Had a great experience. Highly recommend.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All participants must wear helmets, which we provide.
- Wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. DO NOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS or similar styled sandals.
- Not wheelchair accessible. No pets or animals of any kind.
- Maximum passenger weight cannot exceed 300lbs. All e-bike operators must be at least 60 inches tall.
- This is a bicycle tour so you need to be able to safely and confidently ride a bicycle. We use e-bikes but they work on the same principle as a bicycle. No refunds will be given if you cannot pass our rider test and safety training. You don't need to be a Tour de France rider but if you can't ride down the street in your neighborhood we ain't the adventure for you.
- You need to be on time and on time means 15 minutes before scheduled departure. If you cannot make it at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, DO NOT BOOK this adventure.
- You are required to read the information on your confirmation/ticket prior to arrival. Failure to do so can result in the forfeiture of your tickets if you do not follow our policies for riding with us.
Departure point
Please arrive 15 minutes before tour time departure to our clubhouse. We say please but we mean you MUST be there 15 minutes prior to departure time. If you are driving your own vehicle parking is limited so arrive 20-25 minutes prior to departure to find nearby street parking.Return details

READ THIS as this is VERY important. You MUST arrive at the YourBikerGang.com Clubhouse at 506 Walsh St at least 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled departure time for initiation and training. Being late and missing any of our rider training will result in the forfeiture of your ticket(s). Traffic, sleeping in, forgetting, or saying you couldn't get an Uber are not excuses for any self-respecting biker gang and we have heard them all so be on time so we don't have to leave you behind. Seriously if you call us from the car/Uber/etc saying you'll be just a minute or two late, it won't matter, we are not waiting for you and no refund or reschedule will be provided. Period. This is an outside active activity so please dress accordingly for weather and being on an e-bike, including footwear. You CANNOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS or other similarly styled sandals. Please wear closed-toe shoes and by please we mean you need to. So don't wear FLIP FLOPS! We want you to be a part of it but if you can't follow these instructions there is no way we will let you ride and ruin it for everyone. We don't roll like that and we hope you don't either. Each ticket includes Cover Your Butt Accidental E-Bike Damage Protection. This covers any accidental damage done to our e-bikes while riding on our adventure so you can ride with peace of mind. This is not medical or liability insurance and only covers the equipment being used.
