Quebec City Magic: 2-Hour Old Town Charm & History Tour

Wonderful! Our tour guide was fun friendly and gave us lots of great information! It was a rainy day but we made the best of it !

Very unorganized at the meeting (pickup) point. Different groups meeting at the same location and no one knew where to wait. We sat on the top deck and it was extremely hot. Some passengers left the tour at the first opportunity. Apparently it had been hot on the bus the day before also, but nothing was done to fix it it seems. An attempt was made at the stop to correct it, but too little too late. Unable to go to the parliament building grounds due to a demonstration. It would have been nice if that time was replaced by a tour of the Plains of Abraham or had longer at the one stop we made instead of arriving back to drop off point early. Leaving late, arriving early, our 2 hour tour was only 1.5 hours. On the plus, tour operator and driver were very good. What we did see was interesting. Old Quebec is beautiful and historic.

Great trip. The coach was comfortable, and our driver/ guide was very informative and amusing. Great way to get the layout of the city, especially if your hopping off days are over. Our October weather was sunny but chilly and windy. Sitting in an open double-decker was only for the hardy.

Our tour was informative, fun and our driver/guide was perfect. A two hour tour was great timing. The extra stories were fun.

All travelers should take a tour like this to become familiar with the history, geography and cultural background of Quebec City. The driver was very interesting and he gave us a lot of background information so that we got a good sense of what the city of Quebec and the province was all about. He had a nice sense of humor and the two hours flew by. The three of us all enjoyed the excursion and came away with a lot of respect for Quebec and those who live there.

Well organized, great tour guide. We saw and learned so much about Quebec. I suggested you take the tour the 1st day you are there so that you can decide where and what you want to go back and see during your stay!
