I had a 30-minute jet ski experience with Popeyes, and overall, I really enjoyed the tour. The jet ski tour with Mohamed was excellent he was very professional, made us feel safe at all times, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to him, the experience was fun, smooth, and memorable. However, while the tour itself was great, the customer service at reception definitely needs improvement. The girl at the front desk came across as very angry and unfriendly, which is not the kind of attitude you expect when starting an experience like this. Instead of welcoming customers and making them feel comfortable, her attitude was quite off-putting. In summary, the tour with Mohamed was fantastic and truly the highlight of the experience, but improving the reception staff’s customer service and warmth would make the overall experience much better.
