Great boat - just the right size, not too big, not too small with good shade on a hot day (and they are all hot days in Hautulco). Great crew took good care of us all day, helped us on and off the boat, served us cold drinks, took fun photos of us at the front of the boat, snorkeled with us, English speaking guide that we could understand, tour hit all the highlights. Great efficient air conditioned transportation to and from the pier that was included. Best price - best the tour operators at our resort by far! Thanks for a fun day!

The guide was suppose to be Bilingual and his English or Spanglish as we call it was very hard to understand so we missed a lot of what he said. He definitely catered to the Spanish speaking people on the Boat.

The tour was supposed to travel to the bays of Huatulco with a stop to snorkel and then lunch. We did not see the bays of Huatulco and headed west from Santa Cruz. Two hours at a beach where you paid to sit was a waste of time for non snorklers. I don’t mind stopping for a bit but this was excessive with nothing in return. Tangolunda bay we never saw or any points east of Santa cruise. I’m sure the snorkeling Was great but for anyone else disappointing

We are traveling on the Princess Cruise Ship and decided to take this tour and we are so happy we chose it. We had the best day of our entire trip. Visited the most beautiful bay (India Bay) the water is pristine. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming there. Then we visited a different bay for lunch which was delicious and swimming. Got to see three humpback whales (bonus)!!! Our guides were so friendly and professional. They provided us with drinks on boat and guided our snorkeling trip. They also made sure we returned on time before our cruise departure time. I highly recommend this tour. Excellent communication from before the trip and excellent service throughout the trip. Five stars all the way!!!!

The bays are beautiful and this was a great way of seeing them. As a non-Spanish speaker, I had some problems understanding explanations although the guide did use some English. I know this is to be expected in Mexico. We felt safe on the boat and in the water.

Most of this tour was fantastic. I loved the first stop -- the snorkeling was just okay, but swimming in the bay was awesome! If I could go back, I would have skipped the snorkeling and spent the time just swimming. It was a really hot day and the crystal clear water was very refreshing -- I believe the bay was San Augustin. On the trip there we saw whales and followed a pod of dolphins. Someone on the boat said they saw a shark. On the way back we saw a turtle. Some of the people from the boat missed the snorkel tour because the crew only let some people know that it was starting. We luckily noticed a group from our boat walking down the beach with their snorkels (along with a couple of crew members), so we quickly ran to catch up. Those that missed the tour were pretty disappointed. But the most frustrating part of my day was the man leading the tour. He ignored my questions, he often seemed annoyed, and was at times just rude. By the time we reached Maguey Beach, I avoided him.

A very relaxed day to enjoy the water and see beaches. Crew was great. Only thing is booking through Viator did not give us an option for drinks included. We were not able to buy a drink on board while boating. Others had a drink package. We were not offered.

The pick up from our resort was on time in the boat. Ride was fantastic. We traveled on the Diosa Del Mar. The beaches were beautiful in the boat. Ride was nice. The tour guide was great. I highly recommend. Double check they gave you the correct size flippers one person in our family was given the wrong size flippers. Take pesos for the 3 different fees at the dock. Be prepared to wait in the seated shade area for up to 20 minutes.

Decent tour for what it is. It’s a LONG day and you get a decent overview of some of the bays BUT the extra costs really add up. 250 pesos per person for snorkelling gear if you don't have your own. 70 pesos per person to enter the port and get a national park wristband. 300 pesos at Playa la India to rent an umbrella and two rickety chairs. 80 pesos beers. This is a two hour stop and the snorkelling off the beach is decent and easy. The next two hour stop is at Playa Maguey - a very crowded beach that is best described as a tourist trap. It’s wall-to-wall restaurants each more expensive than the last… two orders of guac, a beer and a lemonade = 500 pesos. It is what it is but to really enjoy the day, you can triple the cost of this tour so just be prepared for that. The boat staff were great and the guide was very knowledgeable and competently bilingual.
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
