Certainly a long day. After spending 2 hours on the coach, it was a 45 minute crossing on the ferry followed by another hour on the coach before we arrived at our first attraction Seal Bay Conservation park. Having said that, the scenery along the way on K I is very picturesque. I don't know if the tour was running late but it certainly didn't seem that we were spending the time advertised on the itinerary at each location, ie 45mins at Admirals Arch and Remarkable Rocks which we were told upon arrival was a 30 min stop. The wildlife park was a 30 min stop. Our guide had informed us earlier in the day that we would be doing 350kms on K I. Needless to say you spent a lot of time travelling on the coach. The trip back to the ferry terminal itself was another hour arriving back 45 mins before ferry departure. We arrived back in Adelaide at 10.45pm. Considering the amount of time spent travelling on the coach in relation to the amount of time spent at the attractions (and at $778.00 for 2 people) I don't know if I would be in a hurry to recommend this day tour.

Loooong bus ride. Be prepared for the weather. check before you go. Scenery was great. Definitely take everything you need as there isn't anywhere to restock much except food and water.

Fantastic day out to see the sights. Long day but well worth it. Ferry service to bus connections all run smoothly. A well oiled machine!

This is a great trip and highly recommended. A long day but worth it. The lunch was excellent, just take a few nibbles with you, not fruit. Guide was great

Tour was good, long day. Tour guide Dani was excellent. Only issue was lack of detail when transferring from bus to ferry and onto Kangaroo Island, more information about what to expect when you get to the island, e.g. we didn’t get told that the tour guide would be there for us to check in with.

Sensational, as you get a real taste of Kangaroo Island visiting the key tourist spots. Loved the guides, the animals and the indigenous trees. I love that it’s environmentally conscious making it sooo different to Adelaide. Everything was well timed, thoughtful and enjoyable. We got to see so much. Yes, I am exhausted, yet completely grateful for the experience. Thank you so much. Best trip so far. I would recommend to everyone.

Scott was an amazing guide — knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging throughout. As a vegan, I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate my dietary needs without any issues. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable trip.

A long day, starting out of Adelaide early in the morning and returning late evening, but well worth it. We were lucky with the weather; sailing across to Kangaroo Island was smooth, the bus tour covered considerable distance and we got lots of interesting info about the island. Remarkable Rocks are truly remarkable, Admiral's Arch an amazing place with numbers of seals, fantastic views of beaches and a great stop at the beach with sea lions. Last but not least, wildlife park where we got to feed the kangaroos, and give koalas a back rub. In short, a satisfying experience. The Island is well worth a visit, and given time, overnight stay would have been great!
