Hamburg HafenCity: Uncover Urban Secrets on a Treasure Hunt!

The tour was definitely worth the price. They had a great time decoding the locks and clues. They enjoyed the sights and puzzles. The surprise at the end was enjoyed by all.

Great way to see Hafencity. The puzzles challenged us to stop, look around, and find things/ landmarks we might otherwise have overlooked.

It was a really fun experience. The level of difficulty on the riddles were perfect, and you got a good view of the harbours. We even got to laugh through, and also learn a little about the history of the German harbours. The only thing that maybe could've been better is if you could have a bigger time-span throughout the game to be able to take pictures of the view, instead of having to find your way back to every point.

Very fun way to see the city. We had I think around 20-30 clues to follow, 5 or 6 locks to unlock and a few puzzles to solve. We love escape rooms and this was kind of like an outdoor escape room. Saw some really cool sites in the hafencity as well. We are 45, 41, 14, and 11 years old and it took us about 1 hour and 45 minutes to do the whole thing. It's pretty extensive walking for some people, but loads of fun. You can stop for a snack or coffee along the way if needed and they provide water for you. If you like escape rooms and quirky adventures, we highly recommend this!

This was a unique way to explore a new city. It was challenging and a lot of fun! We followed the clues and found a treasure!

Great experience. Fun for our family to get to see some sites and learn a little history. The treasure hunt was very cool. Had to find the building first which took a little time, but after that the employee was great and friendly. Overall we all had a good time. I’d recommend this .

Fantastic way to see the city! The puzzles were attainable and it took about 2.5 hours. You are able to explore lots of Hamburg and learn some history.

Our group had so much fun! The adventure was challenging and educational! We learned about that part of Hamburg and enjoyed the teamwork it required. Our group was 6 adults and everybody enjoyed it. The starting place is in a residential apartment, where the host explains the adventure and the rules. I highly recommend for a 2-3 hr adventure!!

My partner, 12 year old son and I all enjoyed the Treasure Hunt. It was loads of fun and a great way to explore HafenCity. The puzzles were at a good level for us. We got stuck a couple of times but there are tips available which helped us get the correct solution. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was amazing fun! Our guide started us off with a fun story, and we were given our backpack. It has several compartments, all locked so we could not open them until we had solved the clues to each new pocket. We were given a book to follow along, which held all the directions and was wonderfully funny. If we were unable to figure out the appropriate clues in each chapter, there was a special page to look at that first tried to help you with the answer, and then simply gave it to you. I will admit that we had to use it occasionally, though when we didn't need it, it made us feel incredibly smart. The scavenger hunt was really more of an outdoor escape room, but it was so much fun. It lead us all over Hafen City in Hamburg, which is a nice little community. It took about three hours. This is a great activity for any size group (there were two of us) and we saw other groups that were much larger. I would absolutely recommend this activity to anyone - those visiting the area as well as those that live locally.
