We were lucky to have Emmanuel as a tour guide. He picked us up on time in a clean car and told us all about the history of Monterrey. He got some great pictures of us at the waterfall and in the “Magic Village” we stopped at afterwards. We had afternoon plans and Emmanuel was very accommodating in modifying the tour based on our needs. Would definitely recommend!

This tour was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it! We were picked up on time by our guide, Deme, who took us to the waterfall. Along the way, he provided interesting information about the area and answered all our questions. At the Cola de Caballo Waterfalls, Deme handled everything and guided us to the waterfall. Afterward, we explored the town of Santiago and wandered around the central plaza. For lunch, we dined at Las Palomas de Santiago, where the food was incredible! I highly recommend trying the Tamal Tapado, Tacos de Cabrito, and the Pan de Elote (a sweet corn cake) for dessert.

Polo picked us up right on time. The ride was large and comfortable. We booked last minute and ended up with a private tour. We only speak English, and Polo was fluent in English and Spanish. He was very knowledgeable about the area, guided us thru the park to the waterfalls. We didn’t get to see the dam, but the look outs were great. It was very hot out though lol. The parks were empty as well as we went on a Monday. We went to lunch and we asked him to join us and it was a wonderful meal. Highly recommend the tour.

This was a FANTASTIC experience. My guide Emmanuel was knowledgeable, kind, and super easy to talk to. The falls are a must see location and Santiago is lovely. Emmanuel was able to explain things wonderfully and he helped take photos too. He really helped to make my visit to the Cola de Caballo falls and to Santiago unforgettable. 100% recommend!

I really enjoyed this trip when I went to Monterrey. Unfortunately, I don't remember my tour guides name, as i'm writing this review months after the activity. But still, I came back months later to write a positive review because they deserve it. The SUV is clean and new. The tour guide spoke great English, and was incredibly charismatic. The waterfall is beautiful and you get to spend a good amount of time there. I highly recommend this activity.

We had a lovely tour and Deme gave us some great recommendations to round out our vacation! We loved hiking at Chipinque and our visit to warehouse 42!

Our tour to Cola de Caballo waterfall and the charming town of Santiago was unforgettable, thanks to our amazing guide, Deme. He was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the stunning waterfall and Santiago’s rich history, but about Mexico as a whole. Deme shared insights, stories, and even suggestions for other places to explore, which made the entire experience feel personal and immersive. The pickup and drop-off from our hotel were flawless—everything ran smoothly and right on time, which made the day completely stress-free. One of the highlights was the brunch in Santiago at a spot Deme recommended—honestly, the food was to die for. He truly knows the best places! What really stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail from the whole team. Polo, another colleague from the tour group, reached out to us via WhatsApp beforehand to confirm our details and was super helpful in answering questions and sharing extra tips—especially appreciated since it was my first time visiting the beautiful country of Mexico. This tour was one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I would book any tour with this team again without hesitation. They made us feel welcome, informed, and cared for—highly, highly recommend!
