Ahmed Helal our tourist guide was very informative and also spoke very good English, he helped with our lady who was disabled ensuring her safety was foremost at all times. I would recommend him for your tourist guide as he could not do enough to help us. Also Moosah the driver was very helpful too, would not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I had a life-changing experience on this tour. Both of our guides, Mohamed and Wassim, were personable, knowledgeable, and patient (they also took excellent photos!). We had a limited amount of time in Cairo and they helped the experience seamless. The itinerary included the Pyramids, museums, a cruise on the Nile, authentic and delicious Egyptian food, and visits to shops for unique souvenirs and keepsakes. The service was exceptional and their professional passion, obvious. I highly recommend. 10/10, no notes.

My 13 year son and I just returned from a 12 day tour of Egypt. We used Memphis tours as our tour company. This was the best decision. I had them do everything. They have excellent customer service. I told them what I wanted to do and see and they took care of everything. This included flight( international and domestic) and hotel. Just let them know the level of accommodations you were interested in. Keep in mind a three star rated hotel over there I would rate it an 4 or 5 star. They were extremely nice. Once we landed in Egypt we met Kero, the tour coordinator and Saeed, our driver.From that point we were treated like royalty. Everything went smooth. The tours, transportation, entry fees/ tickets you name it were all well coordinated . Our tour guides, shout out to Kiki, and professor Osama, were phenomenal. I have to make a special mention to Mohamed Emam. Mohamed was our tour guide for the Nile Cruise, temples and Valley of the Kings and Nubian village. Talk about limitless knowledge of this historical period and people. He broke it down so we could understand. We had six in our group. We were all so impressed with him. I highly recommend him. Last but not least. During our domestic flight to Sharm El Sheikh, the airline lost one of our luggage. I didn’t even have to worry. Kero and his team, in particular Ahmed, took care of everything. Ahmed picked up the luggage at the airport and delivered it to the hotel the next morning. Talk about service. I was so impressed. This is the tour company to use.fyi we went in June. June happens to be they’re slow season. No crowds. so we got to do a lot of things and avoided the long lines. something to keep in mind

We spent 3 days with our guide Ahmed Ramadan visiting the Giza pyramids, Sakkara and Daschur as well as the GEM and the Egyptian Museum. That all these places are absolutely spectacular goes without saying. Ahmed always brought the little extra to the table: his background information and explanations were really helpful and based on a deep knowledge of Egyptian mythology and culture. And he knew the places to get the best pictures from. Thanks for 3 pleasant days!

Memphis helped us customize our short trip to Egypt. The entire process, starting from picking up with airport to dropping us back was smooth. The riad we stayed was at the heart of old Cairo and we just immersed in the culture. The guide provided, Tarek, and our driver, Ibrahim were the best.
