The trip was re-booked due to weather, but the re-booked trip was wonderful and exhilarating. The pilot was also very patient and helpful as I'd had a bad fall two days before and had trouble walking. Thank you all for your kindness and a terrific trip.

there aren't enough superlatives to describe how good this was, our original flight was cancelled due to the weather (understandably) and the helpful staff were right onto getting us on another

Really impressed with the whole process. We called in to glacier helicopters (sister company) day before trip to confirm and were given instructions on where to go on the day. Everything went very smoothly - safety was paramount but did not detract from the trip (franz josef and fox glacier) with a put down on the fox glacier which was amazing. Cant recommend them highly enough. Amazing pilot (Richard i think) did a fabulous job of telling us about the glaciers and surrounding area and helped us out into the slippery glacier. Wonderful!!

Awesome! Jay was our pilot and did an excellent job. We had a beautiful morning with the sun shining and we could see Mt Cook. The landing on the glacier was fantastic. We spent probably half of the 30 minutes of the trip just staring in awe while standing on the glacier. It’s absolutely stunning. Words (and pictures) don’t do it justice. You have to take a flight – and do a landing.

A great helicopter flight to both Franz Josef and Fox Glacier. Our pilot Jay was very professional and provided an interesting insight and made us feel safe throughout the flight. An amazing experience. Highly recommended.

The views were superb and the pilot made sure we got to see fantastic sights while pointing out landmarks on the way. The snow landing was amazing. Loved every minute of it

Hubby and I had done the Heli-hike some 20 years ago, and enjoyed the experience. The helicopter flight was more relaxed and we thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly in the company of friends. Paul, our pilot was excellent giving us great commentary and opportunity to take photos, and experience landing on the glacier. This company is really well organised, efficient and well trained. I would highly recommend this company. Truly, you won’t be disappointed.
