Unbelievable Experience – A Must-Do! Wow! This experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The scenic flight was breathtaking — every direction offered jaw-dropping views. Our pilot, Luke, was outstanding, sharing his impressive local knowledge and making us feel completely at ease. The Milford Sound cruise was just as amazing — calm, beautiful, and truly awe-inspiring. The entire day was seamless, stunning, and unforgettable. Thank you, True South, for an experience that no one should miss!

Absolute 10/10 amazing experience! From start to finish all of the staff were wonderful. Our pilot - Luke - was awesome. Very friendly and professional - he put any nerves we had at rest. The flight was smooth and the weather spectacular. The cruise on Pure Milford was also amazing. Thank you to all who made it an experience we will never ever forget!

Daniel and Jason were our pilots for the trip. Both were fantastic, and engaging. We had a wonderful time exploring the sound and flying over the “misty mountains” along the way.

My husband and I both were blown away by this tour experience. The True South office staff, our pilot, and sailing crew were all top notch, informative, and very hospitality oriented. We stopped by the office the day before our initial booking date and the staff proactively asked if we would like to consider an alternative date due to weather concerns. We were able to easily rebook for two days hence and were blessed with a perfect weather day to view the impressive Southern Alps and equally impressive Milford Sound. We highly recommend this experience when in Queenstown. And a special shoutout to our pilot Luke - great job keeping us safe and providing a once-in-a-lifetime flight!

What a great experience! Our pilot kept us well-informed of what to expect whilst flying and pointed out landmarks along the way - this all made the trip most enjoyable and relaxing. Awesome Experience, Daniel, our pilot was fantastic the Milford Sound is spectacular and the flight was amazing. We were fortunate that we got to go, the weather has been inclement all week, True South did a great job rescheduling us for a flight.

This was a truly excellent experience. On the day, Ellie called to confirm that the flights were going ahead. I heard later that bad weather had prevented the previous day's flights. We were collected from the hotel by Harry and taken to the office, where Ellie checked us in. Jason flew us to and from Milford Sound. The view was breathtaking and Jason provided a commentary. We were lucky with beautiful skies. The cruise was stunning and all the staff were so friendly and informative, included the excellent captain. They all made the voyage so enjoyable. Jason flew us back and Harry to us to our hotel. I am nearly 60 years old and this trip was one of the highlights of my life. Thanks all!
