Xplor Park: Unforgettable All-Inclusive Riviera Maya Thrills!

I cannot rate this park highly enough. You travel in the cave’s underground to go to each attraction so it’s cool and mind blowing. The staff are fast and efficient, especially on the zip rides. You can only carry a phone in a pouch and everyone must wear a helmet. The food was plentiful, fresh and catered to all requirements. Its ecological credentials are high. Snack bar had bananas and oat cookies and fresh fruit smoothies. We got there when it opened at 9am. It was not busy all day, on one long swim through the underground rivers there were no other guests.. so peaceful.

Fun day, get the transportation included if it’s an option and go as early as you can. Buffet was awesome and the park was clean and safe. Staff was very professional. Water slide was scary but soooo fun!

Amazing day , food okay like a hotel buffet ,managed todo everything onsite a few times , there is no designated smoking as advertised , you have to walk the 20 minutes out to have a cheeky smoke , would give it at 4 out of 5 star it needs more for the price feels like an £80 (pounds) each activity. Overall good day out

Antonio was a great guide and made the trip so much fun. He let us break free to enjoy the park, as others needed his guidance. The day at this park was short only because we came on a cruise so our time was limited. But we had so much fun that I want to come back with our children, staying in Playa Del Carmen to be able to enjoy Xplor all day! Such a fun time. The water slide was the best, zip lines so great, and the amphibious vehicles were a blast. Love the picture package too, so make sure you purchase that!

Went as an excursion from our cruise when stopped in cozumel. Was a lot of fun! Just wish we had more time there. Our guide was great. Helped us maximize our fun. Wish they had a fast pass for us.

An amazing time if you love water, zip lines and food this is the place for you ! It is a little tough at times to find everything at times during to the way directions are but the staff was super helpful and made sure everything was safe and a great time! I 100% recommend getting the picture pack makes everything more interactive and the photos are amazing memories ❤️

What an amazing day we've had. Staff at the I guess you'd call it a theme park of sorts were very informative and polite. We started the day with the toboganxote 134 ft at the top, an amazing and very fast water slide. OMG some screams from other riders but we laughed all the way down. Other activities include river swin (underground river) rafts amphibious vehicles and zip lines. They do a photo package which cost $90 for 2 people and you have a helmet with chip inside and that activates various sensors of cameras on some of the activities. Other ways to get photos are little buttons on yellow discs and bat shaped cameras around the park. Lunch was delicious with vast variety of options all you can eat buffet style, drinks included.

Great day out. The caves everywhere between rides were amazing. The variety of rides made the day really memorable. Food was also really good, and the team working were friendly and helpful. We only had to wait a while for the big slide (35 mins) and all the rest were relatively short lines (15 mins max). I recommend wearing a swim shirt to protect from the sun and the cold river swim. If you do the river swim take the longer route as it is amazing. Just one negative which was due to the paths being quite slippery, I saw someone take a bad fall, as did one of my group, so some attention if needed in some areas, but I get it’s not easy due to the humidity and natural environment. I have been lucky enough to go to a few adventure parks around the world- this was by far my favourite. Well done!

I wish that the zip line staffs were more courteous instead of berateing a nervious first time zipline rider. It was very unpleasant experience and unprofessional. I will not recommend the park to others.
