I have been wanting to do this activity for a while now. So I finally got the chance this week. Omar was our guide and he was amazing. We had so much fun riding the ATVs and zip lining. And we also jumped off the zip line in the cenote which is very scary, but I definitely recommend as it is probably the only opportunity you’ll will ever get to do it.

This was a great experience for me and my family especially my son, he absolutely loves it!!! The staff was very nice and helpful!!! Nacho was a great host!!! Food was good. We definitely do it again.

We did this excursion with three kids age 17 to 7. My wife is afraid of heights and the staff was incredibly helpful on the zip lines. We had an amazing experience overall shout out to Omar and Alejandro.!

Absolutely not worth the money. You pay for the experience upfront, and once you arrive, they almost force you to pay even more. Yes, the transportation picks you up directly at your hotel — that part is fine. But once on-site, the welcome feels like an aggressive sales pitch. We decided to upgrade to VIP, and it was the worst decision ever. The “extra attractions” are basically two tiny additional ziplines, and the others are really short. I even offered my friend to drive the ATV first, and we never switched seats during the whole mini-circuit… I only drove for the first 5 minutes out of 30 minutes, even though I was the one who paid. The tequila tasting part was okay, but the host looked tired and not enjoying it at all. The private swimming area was honestly the only cool part. They claim you get unlimited tacos and drinks, but no one ever came to see us — not even once. We literally had to insist for someone to bring us food and something to drink. After that, the guide puts huge pressure on you to tip, and the photos are 80 USD for nothing special… they’re worth half of that. In total, we paid around 500 CAD, and we do not recommend this experience at all.

This was so much fun! Would definitely recommend. Atv, zip lining, and tequila tasting was so much fun and safe. Crew members were all amazing and so helpful.

Our guides Ernesto and Nacho were amazing. We had a lot of fun. The highlight was zip lining into the Cenote ! We loved it. Only thing we didn’t like was the upselling. We’re glad we didn’t go for the $50 more per person upsell. Our package was enough. We did 3 zip line, ATV and Cenote

Overall a decent outing with a few highs and lows. When we arrived, it was a bit hectic with lots of upselling for extra packages. The zip lines and cenote were fun, but we didn’t get much time to swim. The ATV ride was more of a guided loop than an offroad adventure. Staff were friendly (our driver was Jaguar Gus, and our guide was Alan). The tequila tasting was a highlight—the staff were knowledgeable and made it a lot of fun. The Mayan fire show during lunch added a cool cultural touch but food and drinks were pricey and the basic meal was tiny and included just two tacos. Be ready for lots of sales pitches and extra charges, including a locker fee of $10, $5 returned at the end. Bring: extra money, change of clothes, towel, bug spray, water shoes, snack, water, a wearable waterproof phone case so you can take your phone, and/or action camera like a GoPro.

Excellent excursion from start to finish super fun and the staff especially Raul our guide was great we enjoyed learning about the tequila and the tasting the lagoon also was amazing. We will definitely come back and couldn't recommend this place enough best value for money and plenty off activities included thank you for amazing day
