The tour was great! Being from Texas, didn’t know what the weather was going to be like. The day turned out amazing! The only thing better than the weather was being on Team Nancy! We learned so much from her about the area and the history of Niagara Falls. Definitely would recommend Nancy to family and friends who want to experience the area.

The tour and guide Patty was a wonderful experience. Well layed out & planned. She was knowledgeable informed and funny. We got to see many locations and views of the falls.

Dayna collected us from our hotel at our designated time on the American side. She was really nice, happy and full of interesting facts about the falls and area. A few of the pathways were closed due to icy and dangerous conditions, but we still went down to the caves area beside the bridal veil Falls. We then crossed over to the Canadian side and went on the boat that was still operating to the base of the horseshoe Falls which was incredible. She took us to the Skylon Tower which has 360° views. It also gave us a re-entry ticket if we wanted to go back up that night which we did. After our trip ended, we opted to stay on the Canadian side so we could go back up the tower to see the falls at night with the winter light festival. And then we walked back across the bridge to the American side after paying our $1.00 to cross the border which is exactly what Dayna had told us. It was a fantastic day and would highly recommend.

This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.
