This is the perfect tour for your forts visit to London. It provided a brief yet comprehensive overall of the main highlights of this great city. Our guide Gary was knowledgeable, funny and very accommodating. He will take you wherever you want to go but also able to plan everything.

Dave gave us a great introduction to London. The four hours went very quickly with the traffic. We had booked the taxi because they were worried that the weather might be cold and wet, and it would offer us protection from the elements. As it turned out, it was sunny and we enjoyed the time spent outside of the cab. We visited several sites starting at Queen Victoria’s Memorial for Prince Albert., going to Abbey Road Studios, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and finally Oxford Street and the absolutely stunning shops with their Christmas decorations. Dave had a huge amount of historical knowledge as well as being one of those people who could pull out random trivia as well. He was funny and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy. They gave us a good instruction to London and the chance to fight for some things that we were particularly interested in.

Highly recommend this tour, especially with Dave Cannell! He was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, great communicator and professional. He made ever effort to accommodate us and ensure that we had the best experience. We were able to experience things that were not on previous tours we took that week. Great conversationalist. I had never heard of a black cab tour, and was initially hesitant when our travel agent recommended it, as I thought a walking tour or bus tour might be more cost effective and just as good. However, our travel agent told me that for most of her clients, it was one of the highlights of their trip, and so we agreed to go ahead. Have to agree it was a much more enjoyable, personal way to see the highlights of London! We had Michael, a very knowledgeable and personable retired musician as our tour guide and driver. He was polite, considerate, and very informative. He tailored our tour to include a visit to Abbey Road Studios, which was a highlight of the tour. He was also a fantastic driver- safe, smooth, and no car sickness! His cab was spacious, and very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and I would highly recommend.

Dennis is the best tour guide ever! He arrived right on time in an immaculate cab, and he even provided snacks and water! In 4 hours we saw all the major attractions and areas of London! Dennis is a human history textbook! He provided facts and interesting trivia about all we saw; he was not only knowledgeable, but he was personable and accommodating throughout the tour.
