Our tour was fun-tastic! we enjoyed it very much, but the super star was our driver Johnny. He was very knowledgeable about the history of his country and shared it with pride. We appreciated very much his kindness, his jokes, the wonderful pictures he took of my husband and I, and if we would have to do this again would absolutely ask for him. Thank you Johnny for an unforgettable and fun ride around London!

I had the most incredible experience touring London in a traditional black cab! From start to finish, the ride was smooth, comfortable, and full of charm. Our driver was not only professional and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—sharing fun facts, hidden gems, and historical details you won’t get on a regular tour. We were able to see all the major landmarks without feeling rushed, and the driver even stopped at the best photo spots. The cab was spotless, the route was well-planned, and the whole experience felt personalized and authentic. If you want a true London experience with someone who loves the city and knows it inside out, I 100% recommend this tour. Absolutely worth it!

Ricky was great!! My wife and I went on a tour for our Honeymoon. My wife had never been to London, but I had been many times, however we BOTH learned new things on our tour!! Ricky kept in mind the things my wife wanted to see for the first time and what I had already seen and planned our tour accordingly. I highly recommend planning a private tour (even if you think you know London), there’s always something new to see, and doing it in a cab is such an efficient way to see everything in a short amount of time. It was the best!!

Took a solo tour with Richard after my husband was too jet lagged to join. Richard was nice, fun and personable which made for a great tour. He listened to my extra interests Beatles/Ted Lasso and made sure to stop there also. I would highly recommend a tour with Black Cab Heritage tours and Richard.

Tour is misleading as to the amount of sights you will see. There is NO WAY you will see what is listed in the six hour tour. Tour operator Ricky was knowledgeable and provided some interesting extra tib bits and offered to do anything extra we wanted. Recommend that the operator keep personal life info to themselves as we felt bad for him. Would have preferred more sights instead of looking at statues. Kinda got the feeling operator did not want to drive us around and would have preferred going to eat or pub with us instead due to his health injuries. Great guy just odd feeling, solid 4 stars for driver, 3 stars for misleading info on what you will actually see due to London traffic.

Dennis was a great tour guide! His tour was very comprehensive. He recommended a great spot for lunch, and he waited for us while we ate. His cab was immaculate with snacks and water for us too. He is also great at taking pictures. It was so nice that he would drop us off and pick us up very near the stop locations. He was also very communicative prior to our tour and during our tour via text and phone.

What a wonderful way to see London!! Doug, our taxi driver and knowledgeable guide was extremely warm from the moment we met him. He was full of knowledge and clearly excited to show us all the sights and to be flexible enough with our special request! Our older kids (11, 14 and 16) loved the experience as well and Doug made them feel included too. Such a great history lesson, wonderful sights and a clean black taxi all to ourselves!

Dave was incredible. He has a wealth of knowledge about London. And was so personable. He made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and more. What a wonderful experience!
