This was absolutely awesome! Hans was a great guide and kept us coralled well. Just an amazing experience to touch the clouds in the Swiss Alps. So much fun to go by bus and train.

Great tour, the views are amazing and beautiful, Kid the tour guide explained very good how to take the trains, this tour is only the tickets , you will be by your own, however I liked a lot

First of all, a lot of reviews lambaste the tour guide, Kid. As first I could understand, but it became obvious it’s mostly a cultural /language difference. He had several different tours on one bus, we did something different than almost everyone else on the bus. He did not spend time answering questions if you were going to be with him all day, he needed to focus to get the others on their way on their own. He specifically pulled us aside, handled our tickets, told us exactly how to do our own journey, and he was correct and we were sure of ourselves once he let us go. On the way back he was quite entertaining and funny. On to the experience itself, we visited Kleine Shiedegg to se the north face of the Eiger, and it was gorgeous, and had a nice scenic train ride. Grindelwald was a nice place to spend some time as well.

There was a lot of beautiful scenery at some parts of the tour and lots of boring riding in a bus. Also there was lots of free time to wander the touristy streets of a couple of towns with overpriced merch and junky tourist stuff. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Our guide! He was the best guide we’ve ever had! Helloooooo he was amazing and ornate our day! He made it memorable, personable and made sure we got the best pictures to last a life time! I wish there were more stars!

I really enjoyed this trip and the amazing scenery and amount of free time - I did have difficulty interpreting what my guide Kid was saying sometimes especially regarding meeting points/times etc - this made me feel a bit anxious.

The scenery was amazing and the bus driver was great. The guide, Kid was obnoxious, rude and very disorganized. His idea of humor was making fun of people. He insulted a man in front of his family and also made an ethnic slur towards him. Unacceptable! The tour is worth taking if you can avoid having Kid as your guide. Otherwise, skip.

It was a great experience over All! Kid was great, he was very organized and super informative a little hard to understand at times but if you asked he would explain again. If you see any bad reviews about Kid ppl need to learn humor. Didn’t give it a 5/5 because there was not WiFi on the bus and it was very hot. Also, if you are caught in traffic you get less time to spend at Interlaken. The bus driver was also top notch. Also, if others don’t follow directions it mess up your time at locations too. Again nothing you can do about that but it is part of the experience.

Wow we completed this trip on Saturday 13th January 2023. Our tour guide was Raymond !! We had the most amazing experience. The views were absolutely incredible , we loved every single bit of the trip. We really did have the best time !! Raymond and our driver were fantastic. Raymond was very knowledge of Switzerland and gave us lots of information about all the little towns and the alps !! Thank you Raymond !! You truly did make the experience even better. We have amazing memories and photos to last a life time.

The tour bus consisted of 4 different tour groups with 1 guide. We were first asked if we'd like to upgrade to go to the Top of Europe tour, which is about 125 Euro extra. We did not. Here is the review going by the itinerary. First stop, Interlaken -- On our way going to Interlaken, there are many beautiful scenes to photograph, but we did not get a chance to stop to take any pictures, not even for 5 minutes. We were then dropped off at Interlaken for 20 minutes to use the bathroom. It's a beautiful city which we wished we had more time to walk around. Then, Lauterbrunnen -- done as stated. Then, Kleine Scheidegg -- this is basically a skii resort. This place had 2 restaurants and basically everyone's skiing/snowboarding. Because the tour bus consisted of different "tiers" of tourist, we were given a verbal directions along with a piece of paper on how we could travel down from the skii resort ON OUR OWN to a meet up point. We were given 4 hours here. THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO DO HERE if you're not snowboarding/skiing. You can take photo for 10 minutes. Then, Grindelwald -- a cute little two blocks that you can eat, drink and browse while you wait for the other tier groups to finish up their "Top of Europe" tour. We were given directions to meet up at the parking lot of a hotel only to find out that the bus would take us back to the bottom of the skii resort, which is about 10 minus from Grindelwald to pick up everyone else. Overall, this felt like a very expensive car ride to a skii resort. We had too many hours at a skii resort and too many different tours within 1 bus/guide. We were basically self guided majority of the time.
