The trip was very good, and we had excellent views. However, the worst part was that the Jasper SkyTram system shown up our Viator booking number. We had to wait for more than an hour to sort out the issue, which caused us to miss all the plan for the rest of the day.

Incredible views, hiking as leisurely or strenuous as you want, and the café is a must for lunch as the burger and beef sandwiches were exceptional!

Friendly staff and well run operation. Gondola was large and the operator was informative. Great view up at the top but very windy. Be ready for cold and wind. I didn’t stay long after getting pictures.

Really fun trip up Whistler mountain. We left at 10.30am and had a nice coffee and pastries before heading up the mountain to the top. It's high altitude so expect to go slow. Well worth getting to the top for the views. Very easy trip back down.

Book online before showing up. Dress warm! Dogs allowed. Free parking, need about 1.5 hours with kids.

This was a great experience and recommend hiking to top of summit. It took us awhile to get to the top but so worth it. Had to stop every 20 steps to catch breath but once there the views are amazing.

Fantastic experience and the flight attendants knowledge was brilliant. Staff at shops were lovely and especially Sienna who we met on our arrival at the gift shop at the base of the SkyTram

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Perfect time to visit is in the morning or evening, which provides the best light for photography and there are typically fewer visitors during these hours
- Children under 6 years are complimentary, but must be accompanied by a paid adult on the tram ride
- Wheelchair accessible, except the second floor of the upper station and the 1.4 km Whistlers Summit Trail
- Due to uneven surfaces, Whistlers Summit Trail is not recommended for individuals with walking disabilities
- Operates in all weather conditions. Carry water, sunscreen and dress in layers to stay warm. The upper station can be 12° C cooler than Jasper townsite
- Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the SkyTram when a ticket is purchased on-site
- Reserve your flight times, up and down, after you complete your booking by following the contact instructions on your ticket. Guests with unreserved flight times will be allocated space in the next available tram cabin upon arrival at the stations
